I was in horrible pain from a wisdom tooth. My experience with Aspen Dental in Owings Mills was very good. I have an extreme fear of the dentist, however everyone in this office was kind, polite and professional. I was treated with compassion and respect and all the staff I interacted with tried their very best to calm and comfort me. Problem solved. I no longer wish this negative report to be reviewed or seen by anyone. I apologize for any of my actions any inconvenience I've caused this office. They have work to resolve my problem and I have never been the most patient person in waiting. Not one of my virtues. I'm sorry and do hope that the last review did not have a negative effect on this business.

Yes, I made a complaint, However, their Resolution Dept was AMAZING! I called 1-866-767-0890. and spoke to the rep who immediately went into action to resolve the issue. 2 weeks later I was refunded the funds that were overcharged for insurance. I wasn't going to continue to use this office, but because of the wonderful customer service from this team, I made another appointment. As I said this complaint was not against the dentist..it was an insurance issue that had "gone bad". I will give it another try. Thank you for all... read more

This was my first experience with Aspen Dental and I cannot find any reason not to give a 5 star rating. Everyone was very professional, the facility was clean, equipment is up to date. A wonderful experience overall.

Aspen Dental is new to Owings Mills but not new to me. I chose Aspen Dental 5 years ago when I lived in Florida because they are a national chain and FL was not my forever home. When I did move back, I had to drive to PA to find the nearest Aspen and they are worth the effort. The patients are treated with dignity and their skills are top notch. This place was great. Staff was very friendly and I was seen pretty quickly. They explained everything and very relaxing. Location is great and I really have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.

I really like the office in general. I absolutely love the Hygienist that cleans my teeth and Dr Williams and Dr Webb are awesome BUT I do feel like they are pricey and push for work to be done that might not necessarily need to be done. I just needed to learn how to say no to certain "recommendations" but I definitely agreed with others.

Aspen Dental is a wonderful place to visit. I arrived several minutes prior to my appointed time, completed the necessary paper work, and David came to take me back for x-rays. He was thorough and knowledgeable as I engaged in conversation with him. This was an extensive process and when it was completed, I was taken back to a dental chair.
