I went in for a emergency appointment for a toothache. Usually I'm terrified of the dentist and the thought of pain, but the staff & the doctor we're very compassionate, gentle & understanding.
This is a new dentistry practice is conveniently located, very nice clean, modern facilities and equipment, friendly, professional staff, no wait time as a walk in, exam and X-rays were free. Dr. Webb's exam was thorough and it gave me a lot of confidence in the providers there. I also couldn't stop laughing with the lady who was taking my (free) teeth X-rays, everyone was so nice! Wonderful team here. I hadn't been to the dentist in 18 years due to a bad experience. I was nervous before coming, but immediately calmed when I arrived. The dental hygienist Chelsea was very knowledgeable and had a bright bubbly attitude. It was easy to tell she enjoyed her profession & genuinely cared about her patients. Schedule your appointment for Dr.Williams ASAP. Don't wait. Nothing worked for the pain I was experiencing with my wisdom tooth. Everywhere I went, no one felt comfortable pulling it because the root was curved. But Dr.Williams said,"I can do it" & pulled my tooth in 5 minutes. I felt nothing but a little pressure. He was quick and professional. Thanks again Dr.Williams.
Great staff. Very nice and professional. These guys rock! Highly recommended. This is a brand new facility with state of the art equipment. The Doctor is gentle and very friendly. He ia knowledge about many facets of dentistry amd was able to answer all of my questions in detail. Best dental experience ever
I went to the office for the new patient exam and xrays and had a wonderful experience. The person taking my xrays was very patient and gentle through all of them. The dentist was thorough and actually gave me a second option for some of my teeth, which I appreciated. After I met with the dentist I met with someone who explained my insurance vs what I would owe and I was even able to utilize a payment plan for getting my dental work started. I had to reschedule my appointment because the only dental hygienist was sick and then when I came back for the rescheduled appointment I was told that after X-rays I would need to make another appointment for teeth cleaning because the dental hygienist was busy. if you do not have the staff, please book accordingly, because I do not have the time to make multiple appointments to accommodate your inadequacy.

This company is a ripoff for the insurance companies. They could have had my X-rays sent from the other Aspen location but they didn't. Exhausted some of my money from my insurance plan and now I have to pay for another X-ray from a different doctor. I'm going back to get my X-ray for the new doctor because it is going to cost me $180.00 for new ones. This is extortion.
