I had a great experience at this location! There were a few complications getting scheduled while transferring service from another location, but it was easily resolved. At my appointment everyone was friendly, efficient, professional, and caring! It was a delightful as a dentist appointment can be!

Every member of my Aspen Dental team greeted me with a positive attitude and a very welcoming smile. I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years so I was feeling like this experience wouldn't be my best. Nevertheless, they took great care of me and tended to me in a timely manner. The office is clean and everything was done professionally. I didn't have a terrible experience like some of the reviews on Yelp mentioned before. For years I was the afraid of the dentist type. I was in need of a root canal, a crown, and many fillings. Someone suggested to me that I go see Dr. Chan at Aspen Dental. I couldn't be happier! She was so professional. She explained everything I needed done in great detail in a relaxing way, which helped me keep calm to get all the work done that was desperately needed. My fiance and I go to Aspen for regular cleanings now. The hygienist also does a great job! This place is A+ in my book!

Between checking in & teeth cleaning I was in & outta there in 30 minutes. I always have Laura clean my teeth & she does a great job! Staff has always been very nice & friendly. No complaints @ all!!

I have to say that the entire staff here is the most caring and helpful i have ever met. During a recent urgent need to have dental work done that day, not only was i fit in but the knowledgeable staff and concern that was shown amazed me. I am so thankful for this to every staff member at the 475 E. Bell location. THANK YOU!

I honestly can't say enough about this facility, I've been using them for over 5 years now and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to everyone. I had a previous dentist in scottsdale that was taking care of my me and my family that was suppose to be the best and I tell you they plain sucked! Dr. Mathur is kind and attentive and very thorough, he makes you feel comfortable and gives you undivided attention. I am posting this on behalf of my mother who is a recent patient of Aspen Dental. My mom was having problems with her upper dentures. She had previously got them some years ago from another dental office and they never quite worked out, yet she was stubborn to get anything done until finally they were slipping and the glue to keep them in place was making her not feel well. This is my favorite location and I really trust the dentist here. However, two years ago, I was told I have two cavities. I never had them filled, came back two years later and they said I had no cavities. Wow. Either they were wrong the first time and nearly did an unnecessary procedure on my teeth, or my teeth healed themselves. Id recommend waiting on fillings if its the first time you have been told you have some and the year before you were fine. Its possible you dont have one.
