Everyone was very helpful they gave me great service and it was fast
Went to see them for my initial visit and inquired about the cost of the appointment and they insured me that there was no cost for the visit, x-rays, or consultation that day and then three months later I got a bill in the mail!!! I never even made a follow up appointment because being in that office just felt wrong. I recently went to another dental office who let me know that they are not sure why I was charged for the initial visit since my insurance covers that visit 100%. i havent been to a dentist in 30 plus years. i need dentures. this place made everything easy and affordable. if you need help with your teeth, dont hesitate to contact them. they are great!
(5/2015)Make sure you know about your insurance so they don't try to take advantage of you.. Other than that I like the dentist and the hygienist, the front desk could use a little help in courtesy.. They have never been courteous, it's not just today... 5 stars for dentist and hygienist (10/2015) just got a bill from my appointment last week billing for services I never had... We have paid Aspen Dental over $10K during the past two years and in the last visit of extensive services two new bridges were created at a very high rate. The pickup date was on a Friday at 4:00 PM. The entire set was clumsy; they duo bridges did not fit well as we found out 25 yards away at a fast food restaurant when we left Aspen (Bell Road).
