NIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT TRUST!! We took our entire family, two kids, two adults. I was told my two crowns needed to be replaced, my son has 6 cavities, my daughter had 2 cavities and my husband needed a deep cleaning. $$$$$$$ I had a terrible experience when my son went in for his teeth cleaning, mind you I paid in full for all of our plans, first mistake. The hygienist and I, who had my son clenching the seat with two tight fists for a regular cleaning, didn't see eye to eye, I overheard her speaking while I waited outside... read more

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star! No one knows what they are doing! From the front office, to the billing to the Dentist that comes and goes. My file was mixed up, 3x that I'm aware of, who knows how many other times. My x-rays, medical info, billing, payments were all mixed up. Each time I went in- I had to re take x-rays bc they couldn't figure out who's was what! They had to reschedule me multiple times when the dentist called out sick. I had a crown done that had to be re molded on 2 diff scheduled apts bc it was... read more
I first went to Aspen Dental in may for a cleaning. After xrays and a general "exam" I was told they don't do cleanings on the first visit. I went for a cleaning, not a consult to then take MORE time away from my 9-5. First set an expectation if that's how you run your business. I mentioned I have been clenching my teeth just this year 2016. Never before. I was then told to see their recommended TMJ specialist and they wouldn't do a cleaning until I went there first. Huh? I never went to the TMJ specialist. But in A... read more
I decided to schedule an appointment with Aspen dental because my regular dentist does not do some extensive work that I need to get done (implants) My appointment was at 9:45 AM got there at 9:30 to fill out the paperwork at 10:15 I walked up to the counter to see that on the sign in sheet three people that had appointments at 9:50, 10 o'clock, and 10:10, had already been taken back to the room. I told the lady that I had a busy schedule and would need to reschedule my appointment. She asked if I would like to do it right t... read more
If you want to get seen over an hour after your apt time these are the guys to see. Very unprofessional. If anyone did the things they do at their job they would not have a job anymore. If you are going to schedule someone at 11 why would you see them at noon. They act like your time is not important. Not the first time!
I had two unnecessary fillings via Aspen Dental. I have maybe 2-3 cavities my entire life and I am 30! My last cleaning was in January at a different location where I had no cavities October 6 was the initial visit at Aspen dental where I went in for a chipped tooth. They then told me I had 2 cavities that were small surface/ preventative ones. They also tried to upsell me on fluoride rinse, as well as tell me I had gingivitis, which I can say with full certainty is not the case. On Oct 24th I had the fillings done. ... read more
I went in to this office largely prompted by their television advertising. I specifically made the appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived, with my completed paperwork in hand I was introduced to an X-ray tech who took a series of x-rays. Fine, I thought, I don't need this for a cleaning, but will pay for them if I must. Then I was led to an exam room. After 15 minutes the dentist came out to introduce himself and look at the x-rays. He found a small cavity. He then left and I was told that a hygienist would come i... read more

Jacques, I'm sorry there was some confusion about the purpose of your first visit. Each new patient relationship often starts with an initial exam so your dental team can understand your needs and concerns first, then tailor your hygiene treatment to you. This way, you'll get the most out of your cleaning appointments and the time and attention you deserve. I encourage you to let our patient satisfaction team know about your experience, so they can help. Please reach out to them directly at 1-866-273-8606. - Stephanie, ADMI
The general office staff were very nice when I went in because I went in about broken front lower teeth. For some reason the dentist never discussed what was needed to fix this problem but he did the repairs he was directed to do. Was told by office manager amount it took to put a final, removable bridge, so I took a one time loan for $2,692.00+ Told I needed to let my mouth heal so a temporary removal bridge was put in until June. In June I went in and was given a lot of papers by office manager because I became very conce... read more
I apologize for such a lengthy review. I just feel it necessary to back up my low-rating. There seems to be something fishy about the way this clinic charges for procedures. I originally went in hopeful about finally getting some long overdue work done. My original dentist was great, but no longer affordable in my current status, so I went to Aspen Dental. The young woman who took my x-Rays was pleasant, and tried to be gentle. I happen to be very sensitive, and the x-Rays often cause a lot of discomfort. The oral hygienist... read more
