How about billing my insurance company instead of me for starters
RecommendedPrices are fair, staff is accommodating, but I have been advised they will not do re-lines on dentures that Aspen Dental did not produce. This makes no sense at all, since they advised me last year they would do a re-line. What do people do if they have moved here from another state, or if their former dental office closed? Very strange.
First, let me say they were very short staffed due to a Teacher's strike here in Phoenix, AZ, and my wait time to even get in for my 9AM appointment was 25 minutes. I was there for a regular cleaning. My hygenist is usually very thorough and gives me a GREAT cleaning, but so many people were out due to the strike and having to care for their kids because there was no school for over a week, that the employees that were there were doing way too much. I scheduled my appt. online a wk in advance. Had all my paperwork completed. Appt. went well. They took a lot of x rays that I thought were extremely unnecessary. My teeth are cared for monthly by and just seen by the Orthodontist. They were aware of this. Dr. was pleasant but after showing them a coupon for FREE x rays and cleaning they then suggested I needed a DEEP cleaning costing 1936.00 and 1 partial filling. Dentist would not extract bad teeth, wanted me to spend thousands to fix instead.
