Do not get dentures from this location. I paid 14000 to get dentures. I have insurance but my insurance didnt cover my "comfi dentures" OR THE ORAL SURGEON SO i had to fight because they wanted another 5000$! That took a year to get fixed. The dentures hurt my mouth and Ive gone back repeatedly wanting a refund for them. I loved the dentists personality and she kept telling me theyd keep working with me no matter how long it took. I had an 8:30 am appointment today. I showed up 10mins early. I was told my appointment was at 8am and they couldn't accommodate me. I don't drive. That means I have to Uber there and back. They've rescheduled me for tomorrow but that just means more Uber fares. I have the email they sent proving my appointment was at 8:30am. Tomorrow I have to take more time off too to get to my appointment. I'm so upset I can't see straight.

This is a follow up to the POOR review I left previously. I went in to have permanent crown placed after multiple appointment changes. When the Dental Assistant took me back and opened the crown container from the lab. Saw it was wrong immediately. After all the changed appointments, the most painful Dental visit I had ever had and an infection requiring antibiotics, they still charged me an additional $400. I can't even start to tell others of how I was treated after spending $4000 out of pocket for a set of dentures. The front office staff was so rude to me that they took my dentures put them in a Ziploc baggie with some water that had not been fitted to me yet and handed them to me over the receptionist desk in the waiting area where other patients watched as I was so embarrassed That my dentures were so out in open for all to see. The scheduling was convenient, that's where the positive review ends. The website indicates they open at 7:00 a.m.. At 7, the doors were locked until 7:45. Staff moved around the premises, and even a little dog could be seen in the back area, which seems suspect. It seems that the staff is not really paying attention to ensuring the doors are unlocked at the posted time, nor being on time. The front office staff didn't show up until 8:00. It is their policy to not do your dental work all in one visit, so I cancelled my appointment. The first visit, they said, is a "comprehensive exam and consultation" where the doctor and hygienist explain dentistry to you. As a grownup who knows how dentists work, ain't nobody got time for that. I have a cavity. Get me in and let's do this unpleasant thing. So I'm going somewhere else.

Where should I begin? Perhaps the time I drove across town in rush hour traffic to go to a location not near me to see an oral surgeon who decided not to treat my tooth. This, after having paid in full. They assured me my refund would be automatic. It was not. After 60 days of waiting I went to the office nearest me to straighten it out and was told to have a seat and they would see me soon. Update. No follow up care , no returned called. Ended up seeing another dentist due to pain. They are no trying to bill me for care they had confirmed my insurance would cover prior to treatment. Double what they told me i would pay.

Dirty office, rude office staff. Over priced services where they want to collect before services are rendered. When questions her onbilling practices, she responded with "it doesn't seem that aspen is the right choice for you. So you should ho elsewhere". Don't waste your time and just go elsewhere!! I will never recommend anyone to their clinic
