They are very new very, clean. Professional. Im happy.
The staff is wonderful and the dentist is very thorough. However they are so slow and the wait time stinks. They really need to improve greatly on that. My appointment was at 11:00am. It is 11:25am. Still not seen. Why do you give appointments when you don’t stick to it? Very disappointing.
I had a great experience today, getting a molar pulled. I don't have a real fear of dental work. However, the dentist that pulled my tooth not knowing me, was the most gentle and validating, I ever experienced. He didn't rush. There was a slight miscommunication aboue wanting a bone graft, but they worked it into my appointment and made it happen. Also billing worked fine to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend it.
Aspen Dental are truly amazing! They were very helpful and patient with my mom and getting her fitted with nice new dentures! Getting my Mom to get the dentures was a task in itself!! Everyone was so nice, courteous and professional! They even helped me with my new partials. Highly recommended!!
