I've been coming here for almost 3 years and I've always had awful experiences. They call you last minute to cancel your appointments. They take advantage of you. The stuff honestly doesn't care and they have a high turn over I never see the same people here. I'm alway stressed when I have to come because of the bs they try to upsell you on unnecessary things.

I have not been a patient here because this company was exposed in PBS documentaries. In 2013 after an investigative report by the Center for Public Integrity and FRONTLINE, they found that Aspen Dental, which targets low-income patients, pressured dentists to increase revenue by using high-pressure sales techniques. Many patients complained of being overcharged or given unnecessary treatments. This is a large national company, and this is how they operate. I was tricked into being sat down with a sales team who used every trick conceivable to sell me a treatment package. I said over again several times why I was there and what I needed. That was ignored and what they were selling was forced on me further.

Came here because I had a change in insurance. This place treats you like cattle. They want to do several appointments just to clean your teeth. You can't get them cleaned on the first time? What?! Anyways, I just had a baby, I have never missed a cleaning and as with a lot of pregnancies your mouth changes. I was well aware of these changes but they want to make it into this whole thing. This place HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Over a year ago, I came in considering Invisalign. Later after consultation, it was determined by doctor Chen that I was not a good candidate for Invisalign and would receive a full refund. I spent months on end trying to get that refund, when finally in May 2020 I received a refund to my HSA with the confirmation that they would refund my insurance on the upcoming "cycle" (supposedly only do it at certain times during the month). I've never been so unsatisfied with a place before. They call to see if I want to come earlier, so I show up 40 minutes early and wait 25 minutes anyways to be seen. They didn't even do my cleaning the first visit! Apparently they need to do an assessment first - even though I clarified on the phone when making my appointment I would be receiving a full cleaning the same day. I went to the Aspen dental website and they said they specialized in denture repair starting at $49 a month so I made an appointment to go to Aspen dental early for my appointment when they call me back I sent it to you and waited I took the dentures out of my mouth they kept asking about my dentures I said it's better if you just look at them visually it will give you an indication of what the problem is they looked and of course like any other good repair shop the first thing out of their mouth was we can't repair these ... read more

This place sucks. All I wanted to get was my teeth cleaned. They make u do an assessment before the cleaning. I am 26 have always flossed and used mouthwash every day multiple times a day. To get my teeth cleaned they tried to make me get an expensive tooth brush and mouthwash and night guard. They also said I had to pay for a bacteria treatment before the cleaning. If I could select a lower star I would. Stay away from this place. They can't get anything right in my opinion. My mother has been coming here for several months. Since her tooth removal surgery she's had a sore mouth and a set of denture that don't fit. They keep adjusting and refitting with no success. Here today to get the final set of dentures and they want us to start over because they don't them onsite.
