I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chen this morning! She was wonderful. The girl Karen that took X Rays Was great too. The place is like a well oiled machine. I did not care for the front desk staff at all. A smile is free! I will be returning to see Dr. Chen!!!

I have been going to this Aspen Dentistry for about 6-7 yrs. I have seen a lot of turn over in their staff over the yrs. The hygienist I see has been there the longest, besides the office mgr. The service has seen ebbs & flows in quality dentists, but seems to have leveled off lately for the good. I have always been treated as if I was the owner. Staff was incredibly friendly really made me feel completely comfortable from the dental assistant Ban setting my mind at ease to the dentist. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. And should all be commended.
I recently visited Aspen Dental on 7th St and Bell and had a great experience. I arrived 5 minutes early to get my paperwork started and once I was finished they called me to the back right away for my x-rays. The assistant and the doctor that saw me were very pleasant and answered all my question, which I always have a lot of. I know I can be a pain as a patient, but the staff at Aspen took good care of me and I def return to finish all of my treatment! Five stars! #goodvibes

I have to say the dentist I had there, Dr. Chan, was extremely kind and helpful. She was very thorough and patient with me and all of my questions. I was really afraid that I might lose my tooth but she made sure I was able to save it by doing a filling. Dr. Chan seems pretty genuine and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary work. I was out the door on time and I couldn't be happier.
I had a very good experience. The free x-rays are a very generous deal & the technician who took them for me was patient & kind. In the end I wasn't able to get the treatment I needed, but they referred me to the right practice. This office has a very good team working. They went to task on my case and I do appreciate that, so I do recommend Aspen Dental.
I've been to a lot of dentist in my life because of a lot of moving Aspen is by far the best.
