No one want to go to the Dentist. I had no choice. I had gum disease and fought it for a long time. I made the decision to go to Aspen. Love, love, love. They are amazing! The most friendly staff. The dentists are great. I got a partial on my front four teeth I was expecting them to look fake but they did such an amazing job they look and feel great. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!!
Not enough room here to give to the frustrated details
Horrible customer service. they reschedule an appt 3 times, first time I can understand because of the virus. second time they canceled last minute because of supposed double booking when there are obviously new procedures to happen. then reschedule a 3 rd time because they didn't have a doctor all of a sudden but had called to confirm prior. Its the worst dental place I ever had
I had all my top teeth pulled and a denture made at this location in October 2014. I was misinformed during the sales pitch by the office manager. Then the dentist was so petty and unprofessional he went out of his way to personally call and cancel an appointment I had at a different location. He spoke to me contemptuously every time we met.
