This place sucks. All I wanted to get was my teeth cleaned. They make u do an assessment before the cleaning. I am 26 have always flossed and used mouthwash every day multiple times a day. To get my teeth cleaned they tried to make me get an expensive tooth brush and mouthwash and night guard. They also said I had to pay for a bacteria treatment before the cleaning. If I could select a lower star I would. Stay away from this place. They can't get anything right in my opinion. My mother has been coming here for several months. Since her tooth removal surgery she's had a sore mouth and a set of denture that don't fit. They keep adjusting and refitting with no success. Here today to get the final set of dentures and they want us to start over because they don't them onsite. This place is SCAMING retired people. I called for a denture reline- I was told they did them and went through the appointment procedure. I went in and was told we will not reline dentures we did not make BUT WE WILL SELL YOU NEW ONES. Really- I am on a limited income and fell victims to these predators- Shame on you for preying on the elderly.

Feel like they took advantage of me being young not knowing much . They were about to charge me 3,500k for a deep cleaning n two fillings went to another place for a second opinion . They said I dIdnt even need a deep cleaning and also said it wouldn't have been More then 1k if I did need one .
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was told I needed a root canal, and crown. I had an infection. That's it. This place wanted me to take a care credit and pay over $3500 in dental work (oh and go through the dental work as well) DENTAL WORK I DIDNT EVEN NEED!!! Disgusted. Making complaint with dental board. This place is complete fraud. Keep your money and your teeth and stay the F away from this awful practice. Shame on you Aspen Dental!!! I had a few cavities filled there October and November of last year. I decided to see a new dentist and was told that the cavities need to be redone because they missed some spots. I paid Aspen close to 500.00 to fill my cavities and now I have to pay that again due to incompetence. I do not recommend Aspen. The dentists are incompetent and the wait times are ridiculous.

Communication is not clear. I felt disrespected when I did not get what I was looking from them, after they agreed to get back to me. Tooth pulling is damn expensive. Their staff is not in lias with each other.

Very disappointed. I opted for the top of the line dentures costing $3,646.00. I went back several times for adjustments. At one point they did nothing and told me to just wear them and I'd get use to them. It never happened. I recently went back and was able to get them adjusted a little which helped a little. However I still can't wear them for more than 4 or 5 hours but have to remove them due to the soreness they cause. I made an appointment for additional adjustments 7/26/19 at 11:00. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. They employ marketers not health care workers. The marketer named Maria at this Aspen used scare tactics and flat out lies to try to persuade my 21 year old daughter to have over 4,000 dollars worth of work done. This big cooperate company would of been proud of Maria. They also marketed the initial visit as free, when they actually billed our insurance and NEVER told her they were.
