Called to make an emergency appointment because I was in pain. website said the Bell rd location is open on Saturday. Cal center did answer. she explained only some location are open Saturday. I arrive at my appointment on Monday and 2hrs into X-rays and consultations with nurse, hygienis, and dentist they try to schedule me for a root canal two week later! Do not go here.... These people are scammers. They set you up for a credit card and then push services but still collect their money from the credit card company. They pushed my appointment twice and not even 24 hours later or my surgery with gauze and blood still in my mouth I get 5 calls and 2 texts from credit company saying I'm late on a payment . I spent 2 hours to get a free consultation on one front tooth repair. Aspen Dental kept me waiting in a chair till my behind was numb. Tried to clean and polish my teeth, even though I told them, just had a cleaning 2 months ago elsewhere with my regular dentist, only here for 1 front tooth. I was very clear about this when booking the appointment. Had to go back and redo xrays twice, leaving my mouth chewed up. Short Staffed was their only excuse. This place is an entire joke plus 1.. also would like to mention the assistant office manager "Daniel" surely doesn't like to hear the truth either. But sometimes the truth hurts. Aspen Dental is the worst dentist ever! They lie to you and say you need all of these unnecessary procedures that you don't need. They scare you into thinking your teeth are going to fall out. Brianna, the office manager is horrible. She is not friendly and makes you feel like you have to pay this money or else. Dr. Chan and the hygienist are trained to scare you that your teeth are mobile and that you need a deep clean. Don't go here! This was the worst experience ever!

This place is grossly overpriced! Can't fit anyone with good dentures! While in there saw one poor man with a terrible denture fit walk out after just receiving new ones, saw another man that knew they did not fit right as he had been wearing dentures for 20 years and the new ones were terrible! Aspen Dental does a good job with teeth, but they have one of the stupidest policies regarding youth. My son is 17 years old, drives, has a job, and does sports. He cannot be at the dentist without me being in the building. I asked if I could walk to the adjoining store and keep my cell phone turned on. They said that I had to stay in the dentist office during the entirity of the visit. My son has physical therapy for his wrist and I don't need to accompany him. Unnecessary policy.

I'm so sad this place turned out the way it did. I have a huge problem going to the dentist as I have terrible anxiety, and have no insurance. I was laughed at for how severe my teeth issues are and quoted double the amount then the last quote I got. When I was getting my xrays done the woman was playing with a kitten that had been brought into the office. I was left with equipment stuck in my mouth, very uncomfortable.
