I went in to this office largely prompted by their television advertising. I specifically made the appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived, with my completed paperwork in hand I was introduced to an X-ray tech who took a series of x-rays. Fine, I thought, I don't need this for a cleaning, but will pay for them if I must. The general office staff were very nice when I went in because I went in about broken front lower teeth. For some reason the dentist never discussed what was needed to fix this problem but he did the repairs he was directed to do. Was told by office manager amount it took to put a final, removable bridge, so I took a one time loan for $2,692.00+ Told I needed to let my mouth heal so a temporary removal bridge was put in until June. I apologize for such a lengthy review. I just feel it necessary to back up my low-rating. There seems to be something fishy about the way this clinic charges for procedures. I originally went in hopeful about finally getting some long overdue work done. My original dentist was great, but no longer affordable in my current status, so I went to Aspen Dental. The young woman who took my x-Rays was pleasant, and tried to be gentle. I happen to be very sensitive, and the x-Rays often cause a lot of discomfort. The oral hygienist... read more

At first I was very excited to see an office that offers Saturday appointments. We work and go to school full time so it can be hard for us for get a day off from either of those to come in but since you have Saturday's available once a month it worked out great for us. Also, the fact that I could schedule an appointment online was also a plus. When we got there, everything was fine until we went back for X-Rays. Shockingly terrible dental experience. It was more like going to a bad used car sales lot with dental professionals who would be better suited to sell cars. I arrived on time to fill out paper work. Finished it and handed it in. 45 minutes later, I was told someone would take my XRays. The XRay tech told me she hated taking XRays. It took 30 minutes of me literally choking on misplaced XRay cards before she had enough XRays for me to get the cleaning I came in for.
