At first I was very excited to see an office that offers Saturday appointments. We work and go to school full time so it can be hard for us for get a day off from either of those to come in but since you have Saturday's available once a month it worked out great for us. Also, the fact that I could schedule an appointment online was also a plus. When we got there, everything was fine until we went back for X-Rays. Shockingly terrible dental experience. It was more like going to a bad used car sales lot with dental professionals who would be better suited to sell cars. I arrived on time to fill out paper work. Finished it and handed it in. 45 minutes later, I was told someone would take my XRays. The XRay tech told me she hated taking XRays. It took 30 minutes of me literally choking on misplaced XRay cards before she had enough XRays for me to get the cleaning I came in for.
