Wish I could leave zero stars. My dentist and assistant were very nice. But he did not perform a successful job on my Invisalign . He promised results and then blamed it on teeth shape why my gap didn't close. Went to a different doctor and they made my teeth beautiful. Staff didn't return calls regarding this issue, so I was left no choice but to find a more professional place. Wasted thousands of dollars here. Well, this is my second time of visiting Aspen Dental and I am convinced again that this is the worst network of clinics. First time i came to the one of the Aspen Dental office a year ago with a broken tooth and ask them to fix it. They did x-rays, cleaning, gave me a list of necessary work for $17,500. I am writing this review because I think I have a moral obligations to let everybody know how badly Aspen dental is conducting their business. I was supposed to have crown work done. Office manager Renee Guerin said total cost would be $3500.00 after insurance pay and I am required to pay at least $2097.00 before crown work is done. Absolutely terrible, not only do they lie to you, when they don't like your opinion on the worst crowns ever made their response was we can give you a refund... mind you they forced me to pay for it before even seeing it, they had to send it back twice and still can't get it right. Pick another dentist because this company is TRASH and Dr Panakanti is an absolute jerk never again!

I was willing to give this place a try, but when I called to reschedule and told them I just wanted a cleaning and not a deep scaling, they told me it doesn't work like that. Well I guess they don't want my business. This is my mouth and if I don't feel comfortable having extensive work done, then they should have accommodated my needs and not tell me it can't be done. First visit appointment for 1015 am got there at 10 to fill out paper work as they asked me to. 1015 came and went,1030 cane and went and not one person behind the front desk said a word to me. Dr. Cunningham should be ashamed to call herself a dentist. After seeing Dr. Cunningham I am in more pain than I was when I went in and unfortunately unable to afford to get help. I highly suggest that if you need dental work that you seek someone other than Aspen Dental.

When I 1st called before scheduling appointment I ask them if my insurance was in network with them (Ameritas) of course they told me yes. I even asked for a quote of the work I needed done they said they sent off the information to my insurance and told me the amount I would have to pay (printed off)... Saw so many ads on television about how happy Aspen is to work with any insurance, etc. We have a Medicare Dental Plan, and Aspen was one of the approved providers. Happy enough with the dentists and hygienist, but watch out for the billing!! BE WARNED, Medicare patients - they are not friendly to work with. In the first place, Aspen required that I pay the entire amount up front, and "when the insurance pays, if you have overpaid, we will refund you."
