I regret very much having tried to be treated at Aspen Dental in Terre Haute. Their scheduling is ridiculous. They called all of the time with changes. They quoted me one price then wanted more money at my appointment and they sprang it on me in an open lobby in front of a lot of patients. The girl at the front desk was speaking down to the foreign man in front of me and then she has the nerve to call me "sweetie" and tell me I owe another$175 on top of the $200 deposit I already made plus my insurance already paid them. Aspen dental in Middletown is a horrible place. Horrible doctor. Horrible people. Careless and uncaring. My insurance paid 80% and I paid my portion of $1800 upfront in full. I have had nothing but problems ever since. They do not keep appointments. The dentist is always taking time off and then they rescedule your appointment without notice. The dentures are shotty. Ill fitting and painful. They have no regard for the patient/ customer. Buyer Be ware. Not happy. Unsatisfied.

After scheduling an appointment with aspen @1384 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919 & confirming Verbally which they mandate.. you show up for your appointment and yet due to their incompetence of their receptionist .. you are left to reschedule again .. In addition you have a receptionist Ashley which not only wasn't able to assist & slams phone on potential customers ..apparently customer services skills are lacked... quite discouraged with Aspen

Went in for son who complained of a toothache called and was told the 1st visit was free. Got there and they start taking xrays and other things....then I get told AFTER that I'm being charged 95 for the visit?!?!? Dr comes in and barely looks at his teeth. I had mine checked too. He has cavities and needs a tooth pulled. I'm told its 142 for cavity fills and 158 for teeth pulling....then they tell me it's going to be over 4,000!!!!????? do not ever go to aspen dental in fairfield, ct the support staff cannot do a simple task of calling in a prescription to the pharmacy. the support staff cannot do simple task of reading the file to know what they are speaking about. the support staff cannot follow directions or requests. put on hold for 11+ minutes. a very frustrating experience and will not be back.

The workers are rude if you have a problem they are mean and hostile as long as you do whatever they say they are nice to you as soon as you have a problem watch out you get totally ignored and pushed out the door do not come to this place you're better off being your own dentist and buying a drill from home depot and doing it yourself then coming here I called their emergency number and got no help they told me to call the office what good is an emergency number when they tell you to call the office horrible horrible horrib... read more

Update in 2019: 8 years later and I've only needed 1 cavity filled since that last appointment with Aspen. So clearly their dire warnings were overblown. I stand by my earlier review.

Aspen Dental in West St. Paul is the worst dental office!! The staff there are not professional. My first visit there I was asked a very personal question by the hygienist (If body parts were real!!!) and when I reported it, I was assured that they would be talked to. Second visit I had the same issue with the receptionist asking personal questions that had nothing to do with my service and by the time I reached the back of the office I had other staff members asking me the same question. Avoid Aspen Dental like the plague. I went to the Dania Beach office because I needed to get my teeth cleaned and they told me they accept my insurance. Was there for an hour and a half just taking xRays and a manual inspection of my teeth. Never got the cleaning. They said they would send me a quote for all the work that was needed. Mind you I wnet for a cleaning. 3 weeks later I got an email with a quote for over $4000 of work they say I needed. I decided to go for a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did.
