do not ever go to aspen dental in fairfield, ct the support staff cannot do a simple task of calling in a prescription to the pharmacy. the support staff cannot do simple task of reading the file to know what they are speaking about. the support staff cannot follow directions or requests. put on hold for 11+ minutes. a very frustrating experience and will not be back.

The workers are rude if you have a problem they are mean and hostile as long as you do whatever they say they are nice to you as soon as you have a problem watch out you get totally ignored and pushed out the door do not come to this place you're better off being your own dentist and buying a drill from home depot and doing it yourself then coming here I called their emergency number and got no help they told me to call the office what good is an emergency number when they tell you to call the office horrible horrible horrib... read more

Update in 2019: 8 years later and I've only needed 1 cavity filled since that last appointment with Aspen. So clearly their dire warnings were overblown. I stand by my earlier review.

Aspen Dental in West St. Paul is the worst dental office!! The staff there are not professional. My first visit there I was asked a very personal question by the hygienist (If body parts were real!!!) and when I reported it, I was assured that they would be talked to. Second visit I had the same issue with the receptionist asking personal questions that had nothing to do with my service and by the time I reached the back of the office I had other staff members asking me the same question. Avoid Aspen Dental like the plague. I went to the Dania Beach office because I needed to get my teeth cleaned and they told me they accept my insurance. Was there for an hour and a half just taking xRays and a manual inspection of my teeth. Never got the cleaning. They said they would send me a quote for all the work that was needed. Mind you I wnet for a cleaning. 3 weeks later I got an email with a quote for over $4000 of work they say I needed. I decided to go for a 2nd opinion and I'm glad I did. Though the staff is friendly, surcharges appear out of no where every single time after 3 weeks of the visit. First it was $14....Then it was $38...and then $125! They fail to misinform their clients that the charges you pay up front at partial or that they insurance coverage is partial. Excuses! This is misleading and beyond wrong. I am done with aspen dental and their corporate bullshit.

You cannot sign up the same day for an initial appointment and a cleaning. There is a 60% chance you will have to come back for both, as I was told by their staff. "40% likelihood that you can have both the same day." This doesn't work for people with busy schedules. Save your time and go to another provider who will listen to your needs and take care of you.

I made an appointment with Aspen Dental about a month ago after giving them my insurance info they told me that I would still need to pay them 566.70 and that I could pay it as i go with each visit the first payment was 250 or so and they told me it would be to remove plaque from both sides of my mouth but that do to regulations they can only do one side at time so ok no problem lets do it so they do the first side and when their done they give me a blue tooth tooth brush and some kind of special mouth wash i was still a lit... read more
