Aspen Dental is the worst. I went in for a broken tooth and they were more focused on other things they wanted to do. I told them I wasn't worried about those things right now and I just need this tooth taken care of. Still not listening they ignored the tooth that was causing me pain and gave me a ridiculous treatment plan. I decided to go somewhere else and now they will not release my x-rays. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Business response:

Hi Brandi, I'm sorry that your experience didn't live up to expectations. I have passed your feedback along to the Patient Satisfaction team, but I know they would like to discuss this with you. Please call them at 1-844-296-0187 so they can help address your concerns. - Emily, ADMI

Negative 10 brick bats to be more accurate. My experience was years ago and comparatively mild after reading others' outrageous experiences, but it still hits my outrage nerve at least 4 times a year. The first routine cleaning on a new insurance plan, I picked the closest office on the insurance list. When the finance office is the first place you are funneled to, you know something.s fishy!! There was some high pressure to sign some financial documents or I could not see the dentist. Discussion of financing options whic... read more

I went to Aspen in Elkton MD for a routine cleaning and got an estimate for $2000. My teeth have always been good, I have 2 crowns over the years. They recommended a deep periodontal cleaning and a new crown due to some bacteria under the crown. Also charged me about $75 for a prescription mouthwash and tooth paste. Dentists usually do an inspection of the mouth for potential cysts as past of the exam. At Aspen, it is done by the hygienist who put an ultaviolet wand in you mouth for about 20 seconds and the charge was $50... read more

Please stay away. Butcher's. They ruined my upper gums for even good fitting dentures or implants. Military dentist told me hold on and the breaking sounds are normal and Yank. I looked like a Mac truck hit me right before Christmas. Wow my mother with dementia was uncomfortable cause she couldn't help me.

I was told I'd be given anti-anxiety Med before my extraction procedure so on the day of the exam they did not give me a prescription so I assumed I would be taking it that morning before the procedure when I went in for my procedure they told me no that's supposed to be done the night before and this morning when I said well why didn't anybody give me a prescription or explain that to me yesterday when I got my exam and I paid I just got a blank look. Also when you call it as a call center not necessarily the Aspen Dental i... read more

I would like to give Winter Haven, Fl 0 stars but that wasn't an option. The office manager is rude and has no customer service mentality or skill whatever. I was prepared to spend the 12,000 $ they estimated, but I will never go back!! I already scheduled another dentist.

As a denture wearer, trust me when I say that even good-fitting dentures do not feel or chew like real teeth. Denture adhesives are messy and unreliable. If you can at all afford it, go for dental implants. You'll be much happier.

I regret very much having tried to be treated at Aspen Dental in Terre Haute. Their scheduling is ridiculous. They called all of the time with changes. They quoted me one price then wanted more money at my appointment and they sprang it on me in an open lobby in front of a lot of patients. The girl at the front desk was speaking down to the foreign man in front of me and then she has the nerve to call me "sweetie" and tell me I owe another$175 on top of the $200 deposit I already made plus my insurance already paid them. Thi... read more

Aspen dental in Middletown is a horrible place. Horrible doctor. Horrible people. Careless and uncaring. My insurance paid 80% and I paid my portion of $1800 upfront in full. I have had nothing but problems ever since. They do not keep appointments. The dentist is always taking time off and then they rescedule your appointment without notice. The dentures are shotty. Ill fitting and painful. They have no regard for the patient/ customer. Buyer Be ware. Not happy. Unsatisfied.
