After having kidney surgery I decided to do something for myself. Because I had had a couple of teeth fall out I decided I would just get dentures and then all my teeth would be straight and look good. Going there was the worst mistake I have ever made ! The dentists pulled teeth that didn't need to be pulled , I could have used a denture that had clasps to go over my still good teeth. They pulled them all, even going so far as to use dental surgery on one of the teeth that was okay. Two YEARS later , I still cannot talk cor... read more

A couple of months ago I requested a yearly cleaning to Aspen Woburn. The assistant who took my XRay told me she took 35 images of my teeth. The dentist Rebecca Robinson told me I had a periodontitis, and I needed scalping treatment. It brought my attention, because when I asked her how long the periodontitis has been there, she said for at least two years. The last year when I went to another dentist, she assured me everything was perfectly ok with my teeth's. Aspen dentist also said she needed to remove a crown that was p... read more
Came in after an appointment because 5 days later gums were red swollen and irritated. It was very painful and they told me I had to come in during my lunch break and I would be in and out within 5 minutes. Sat there until after my lunch break was over and they wouldn't even give me antibiotics. Said looks like you haven't brushed enough or maybe your brushing too much.. had no idea what to do to fix it besides let it be. Showed no empathy at all for my pain. Also the dentist had no idea what I needed to be done, talking abo... read more
This is the worst hospital i have ever seen. These people won't take care of your teeth. They are just worried about the money. Never go to this place if you want good teeth.

Someone at the Garners Ferry Location took medication my daughter brought as prescribed by them and no one knows what was done with it. It was a steroid to help with the swelling and she really needed it because her mouth is extremely swollen from the extraction they did and looks like it might be infected. This procedure was done Monday, and her meds was taken then. Went back on Wednesday and they gave me the run around on what could have happened. they prescribed it again, went to pharmacy but of course because we already ... read more
My wife went to Aspen Dental to get a bridge replaced ( the last one lasted 20 years). I don't know how they did it but they managed to run the bill up over $6,000.00, more than half of which was out of pocket. The result is her speech is impaired as she talks with a lisp and her upper lip is caved in because they installed the bridge too far back in her mouth. To add insult to injury they have sent us a bill for $560.00 more claiming that there where additional office visits that where not included on the "final bill". We a... read more
When I visited the office to have a tooth that was bothering me pulled I told the Dentist what I needed done, he concurred and I was taken into the billing office where I was told it would cost $122 to have the tooth pulled. I agreed and returned to the Dentist's chair where the Dentist pulled the tooth. Upon exiting the office I paid the $122 and went home. When I received the bill the quoted amount of $122 had ballooned to $329. I was not so surprised as they had done this to me before and as before I foolishly did not get... read more

Aspen Dental is the biggest SCAM I've ever seen! Walked in there for an abcess tooth. Told me was free ex rays and exam. Told me they were going to do a procedure on my gums. Then I asked price 1700.00! Told them no couldn't afford that. Every person immediately changed attitude. Had me wait in waiting room for 35 minutes. Lady comes out brings me into an office and proceeds to tell me I need 4 partial plates, root canals, build up 6 front teeth. I have the paperwork to prove it. I told the woman that was trying to get me to... read more
