Terrible billing practices be very careful if you decide to ignore my advice. If you choose to go there, my best advice would be to not pay anything at the dentist office after the procedure and wait till the bill comes and analyze EVERYTHING including calling your insurance company about services preformed and how they billed each service.
Good group of people. Just having a hard time with basic dental insurance. Became a patient Jan 2017. Had x-rays, deep cleaning, filling, crown etc. Got financing. During a cleaning recently a old crown fell off the tooth had decay so I had it reglued and am thinking my next step more $$$ for another crown prep and possibly a root canal. Right now I can't call it a tooth and want it out. They say no think about it you have some time because the tooth is not sensitive. Not happy. My wife went in for a root canal and a crown. The temporary crown was installed and 2 weeks later, on a Friday, she went in for the permanent crown install. During the install the crown was believed to have cracked. They decided not to permanently cement it "just in case it was cracked." Of course an hour later the crown fell out, but the office had already closed for the day and no one was available to help.
