Their letter stated that we are pre-qualified for a refinance rate one percent lower than our current rate. Based on this, I allowed them to pull a credit report on me. But the rate they then quoted was less than than half of the savings. I have excellent credit and this will hurt my credit score.

Second time and I wont be fooled again. Stay away, dont believe the pre-approval, dont even trust them, they dont even finance, they are nothing but a middleman! False advertising and fraudulent pre-approval process.

Horrible. They offered me a rate and term and then raised the rate at the last minute when it was time to finalize the paperwork.

I am a member of ************. I received a message that I have an excellent chance for approval of refinancing my auto. Auto Pay pulled my credit. I had to choose a plan/financing option, which would lower my payment by at least $300. So, I applied and was approved. My credit score is over 715 and my gross is over $108K/year.
