The loan officer was very attentive to my needs. He was able to find me a better rate than what I had which lowered my payments substantially over the life of the loan.
My representative ***** was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he carefully explain everything to me so I understood every aspect of the process, but he also went above and beyond by having a notary sent out to me at my place of work so I did not have to take personal time to complete the application process. I appreciate ******* thoroughness, help, and positive attitude. I wish more representatives could be like him.
