Easy and stress free. Rodrigo was very helpful and patient throughout my whole refinance process. Anytime I needed him he was right there to assist me and make me feel comfortable in the process he explained things in ways I could fully comprehend.

Not bad, not as good as advertised Process went well but it should be more clear to users that this company is the same company as 2 others that credit karma uses. So even though they offer better or different rates and terms they are all exactly the same

Wonderful to work with!!! Chelsea was so kind and helpful. Some of my paperwork took longer than it should have and I could not get to a Fedex to get her. The proper paperwork needed in a timely manner. However, she was patient and very understanding.
