The entire process was painless. It was done over the end of the year holiday period which made for a lengthier process but, nevertheless quite painless. They practically cut my rate in half. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in a vehicle refinance.

So, sweet... Carmen called today from autopay concerning the BBB comment I posted earlier. Guy let me talk and discuss my issues with the company and asked for suggestions on how to improve the experience for others. I may not like the company as much as I do my local bank, but I feel like this call was a sincere attempt to identify and correct issues they had with my account. I did the whole auto loan online, it was so easy. Filled out the requested information online. Able to upload all of the requested documents online. Literally, they made sure my auto insurance carrier got all of the needed information super fast. This is the first that has ever happened. Great Experience, Kayli was great to work with. Called or texted keeping me up to date on the process. Very fast process. Don't understand all the bad reviews. Maybe they have new employees. Got auto refi for over one percent lower interest than had. And a lower monthly payment.
