I am a member of ************. I received a message that I have an excellent chance for approval of refinancing my auto. Auto Pay pulled my credit. I had to choose a plan/financing option, which would lower my payment by at least $300. So, I applied and was approved. My credit score is over 715 and my gross is over $108K/year. This is a bait and switch operation. When given all credit and loan information they advertise a competitive refinance rate until they run a hard credit check. Then they inform you (only by telephone) that they can't even match your current rate. Beware of this business. They are not what they represent.
I started a refinance request online, received a call from ****** that I qualified for the loan. The selected rate was 8.97% 84 months. When I spoke to her she then said the best rate was over 10% with 3k down. This is more than misleading it is a lie. I got a quote rate and then it was not real. Disgusted.

I have had the worst experience with auto pay ever I was told maybe three or four times that my case was approved to find out that I still need paperwork I was given the runaround multiple times, and then I asked to speak to a supervisor which I was never given that opportunity. I also was told that the person which name is ******* that I did not want to help me anymore. They lie about your refinance rate. I was told I would get my interest rate reduced from 7.7% to 4.94 on my car loan. I have a 796 credit score. They told me I can only get 7.5% reduction. I found them through credit karma. All lies. Dont use them.
This company is not honest about what rates are. Things changed once they pull credit was very unhappy with the service. Too many other companies out there to be lied to by this one.
I was sent a letter stating "pre-qualified", thought I would check out their claim as to dropping my payment and rate. I filled out the app and shortly after it was cancelled, I reached out to the company and they said that they couldn't find a letter. I asked them why they sent out a pre-qualified letter if it isn't actually true. This is a terrible way to conduct business, I took a hard inquiry for nothing other than this company sending out spam mail.
