Good service with my guy *******************************. Very nice and willing to help with anything and everything. Any questions I had he answered, and never seemed to be annoyed by me. Awesome guy all around! Only gave a 3 star review because the process took a lot longer then expected. 2 months longer then expected to be exact, but hey at least it did get done.

Ok so I've had my car for a couple of years and the apr was killing so I finally came to auto pay to see if they could help out. So after starting the process on their website I was contacted by ******************* to run the paperwork and the process did take longer then I thought but really that was on my end, due to credit problems and what bank I was using. But he was always there for me to look at all the options I had available. 100% would use it again. Next time with better credit.
