The entire process was painless. It was done over the end of the year holiday period which made for a lengthier process but, nevertheless quite painless. They practically cut my rate in half. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in a vehicle refinance.

So, sweet... Carmen called today from autopay concerning the BBB comment I posted earlier. Guy let me talk and discuss my issues with the company and asked for suggestions on how to improve the experience for others. I may not like the company as much as I do my local bank, but I feel like this call was a sincere attempt to identify and correct issues they had with my account. I did the whole auto loan online, it was so easy. Filled out the requested information online. Able to upload all of the requested documents online. Literally, they made sure my auto insurance carrier got all of the needed information super fast. This is the first that has ever happened. The person ***** that was my assigned person to work with was very professional, followed up as needed, and responsive. Fantastic customer service. Great Experience, Kayli was great to work with. Called or texted keeping me up to date on the process. Very fast process. Don't understand all the bad reviews. Maybe they have new employees. Got auto refi for over one percent lower interest than had. And a lower monthly payment.

Misleading bait and switch! Mailer says they can lower auto payments by $490 per month, saying nothing about changing the term of the loan. Actual savings for the same term was less than $4 per month. Hello, *****. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am a member of ************. I received a message that I have an excellent chance for approval of refinancing my auto. Auto Pay pulled my credit. I had to choose a plan/financing option, which would lower my payment by at least $300. So, I applied and was approved. My credit score is over 715 and my gross is over $108K/year.
