At first all well with approval of application and also application submitted, accordingly everything was submitted by aug 16, my old lender should of gotten paid by the end of August, but than I get notified that I needed to signed again, and it delay the process, previous lender is bearly getting paid this week, I dont know if I should of just stayed with old lender.

I was told I was approved and a hard inquiry was placed on my credit, before the proper steps were taken to get the correct information per approval. They really gave me false hopes, the lady told me I was approved and even reached out to my lender to seal the deal. I received a call the following day after my credit was ran and now I wont be able to refinance with a different company due to the hard inquiry has now lower my credit score which have became a HUGE inconvenience for me.

Very poor service and customer service. After doing everything they asked in regard to a refinance and dealing with them for almost two months and being told that they had a lender, lower payment, now I have no idea where I sit with my refinance. Filled out all the paperwork for title transfer and all of that as well. They sure have a lot of personal information on me but I know zip.No one lets you know what is happening. I signed all the paperwork. It was delivered on 8/8 but I still haven't received my financing. I texted them and was told it was approved. Haven't heard anything since. Plus they're still calling me asking if I'm still interested in refinancing. Is this company legitimate?

Autopay was a complete waste of time. After submitting all necessary documents for review and an approval, hard inquires were ran on my credit report and my application was turned down due to "income ratio". When I asked how my income was being reported, the loan agent gave me a ridiculous low number that wasn't even close to the monthly gross (or even net) income showing on the submitted paystubs. Simply all they did was lower rate. I had to contact them multiple times to get information. They never call *********** for anything. Extremely pathetic. Bank emailed right away, contacted asap. Only reason I knew it was completed was by the bank. I still have not received email from Auto staying compete. I have another car which I will be refinancing someplace else.

I was not pleased with the end product after the last bit of communication that let me know I had to go through a process to get my refund. *** gave me the impression that he was going to provide the refund it was done. I only saved $2.00 on my monthly payment, so I would not have done it just to find out I had to do more work to get some money. This is not right, but I will make sure I don't let my family and friends look in your direction. **************, sad ??

Received a letter saying I'm prequalified to refinance my auto loan for ****%, and save $99 on my monthly car payment. Once I applied and my credit was pulled (lowered my FICO score), the deal only got worse from there.. The loan officer was difficult to get ahold of (straight to his voicemail every time I called). I was interested in refinancing my auto loan, when the man ************************* called me he seemed very nice and helpful at the moment. After we got all my information squared away he gave me my details and said he had called my finance company and tried to say my interest rate was a a certain number then after I called myself to confirm, found out my information was all wrong what he had.
