Yea, looked really good and legit. AUTOPAY sent me like 3 to 4 letters stating that they could refinance my auto loan. I finally gave them the go ahead on October 11th speaking with a ***********I was told that I'd hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours. I never did so I called morning of Oct 16, 2023 to find out why I hadn't heard back from anyone. I spoke with a ******, who stated that they didn't find anyone to refinance my loan nor felt comfortable because I owed more than the car was worth.They had all my information, so they knew exactly how much I owed.... read more
My poor experience was also through Credit Karma as many of these complaints. My credit score is well over 800. I was offered an refinance auto rate about 3% lower than my current rate and significantly less monthly payment. I completed the application and exchanged multiple texts / calls with the agent which kept requesting the same information (VIN #, loan payoff amount, etc.). If I could give zero stars I would. I was roped in by Credit Karma advertising low rates on car refinancing so I clicked the button and filled out the form. I was never contacted by auto pay before they ran my credit report. Then they called me and I missed the call but when I tried to call back it was just a personal phone that went straight to voicemail so I left a message. They will call, text, and email you everyday.Credit Karma released my information without concent and did a hard pull on my credit.I never even finished and submitted the application.
I received an offer in the mail for a 5% interest rate. However, upon completing the process, the actual interest rate offered was 6.5%. This seems like deceptive advertising. Not happy.
They sent my personal information and my auto loan information to the wrong address, they should not have had this in the first place I have never done business with them. They shouldnt be allowed to have access to my personal information
I was sent in the mail an offer to save $120 month with stated payment and rate. Filled out application and was sent an email saying I needed $20,000 down. WOW Would not recommend using these people.
They do a hard pull on credit report the moment you hit submit on the application. Their own FAQ says they only do a soft pull until you choose an offer but that is a LIE
