Terrible company. Was all the way to the end of the loan and they just closed it out. The loan specialist never called. Had to call in myself several times. Then I get a random text that they cannot lower my rate. Glad I let them give me an inquiry, dont waste your time.

Ran my credit without authorization simply because I requested to be contacted through another site about auto refinancing options. I didn't speak to this company about refinancing.

Got intial/preliminary offer that wasn't even in the same universe as the rediculous offer they tried to come through with. Save any credit inquiries and stay as far away from this mess as possible...unless you want to increase the amoout of payments and interest you actually pay.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I received a letter about refinancing my auto loan. The letter included a specific interest rate and monthly payment. After going through the process, they could not meet the terms of the letter. It was a classic bate and switch.

My wife received a letter in the mail-in regards to Lowering our auto loan rate. we called and gave them our social Security numbers and received a call back about 2 days later, saying. One more day and we'll get a call back. Well, that was 7 business days. I believe my credit has been stolen. Along with my wife, and I'm taking steps to file a complaint against them. This was a very uncomfortable experience. I communicated with ********************* via text, who was telling me that I had to call her. I submitted the application to review the rate options for a refi, so I already have a loan, and wanted to see my options. This appears to be a bait and switch scam, as one thing was advertised, but something else was being sold. I was recommended to them from credit karma to lower my low rate. I contacted them a month ago and filled out all necessary paperwork, they checked my credit a few times- and I have never heard back from them. They are unprofessional and its concerning when they have all your financial and personal information, acting so unprofessional. I called a few times and was told I would be contacted with in 2 business days. Its been over a month now.

Went through the entire process on line putting personal info in, uploading documents, after saying it was for a purchase specifically and not a re-finance. Got a text saying it looks good and to call. I called and was told - sorry we are not doing finance for new purchases, only re-finances. What a waste of time. The site says they do both but not true. I know its not a credit thing as I have excellent credit. Dont waste your time!

The letter said they could lower rate, all they would do is extend the term.
