Company was informed of restore (not salvage) title on car. They had me go through and get notarizations and do all the paperwork and then informed me that it couldn't be refinanced. It was extremely poor business. Manager on the phone kept interrupting me in the middle of sentences. I was not polite to him and he showed no respect to me.

Scammers. You get approved with a low interest rate and then you give all your personal info to them and s**** your credit over and at the end there soul purpose is to make money off you by restarting your loan with the same interest rate you already had instead of the approved interest rate. Was pre-approved for a reduction in my monthly payment from 212 to 179 a month. Went through the application process and the company told me I had been approved and had a representative reach out. When I spoke on the phone with the rep I was informed that in fact the loan I had been approved for had an interest rate that was 2% higher and a monthly payment that was 20$ a month poor. This is not good faith lending.This company will mail you a **** solicitation offering discounted auto payment loan refinance and after you complete their application process, they will check your credit and claim to pass the loan to their underwriter for approval. Voila! You're approved! My credit score is over 800, fyi.But there is no actual loan offer. They sent us a pre-qualified letter to refinance our auto loan at ****% but then they could only really offer ****% if they got or information from or credit report there should be no problem unless there was negative information but we do not have any. we would not have wasted our time or took the hit on our credit report but to save 2.4%

If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. I didnt even get to be a paying customer, and i already was treated awful. I had applied online, and got approved a few hours later. I had received a text from ***************************, a specialist apparently. He had asked to have a quick 15 min call to talk. Do not touch this company. I filled out an app and sent the required documents. The next day ******* (my assigned agent) tried to call me. It was early in the morning, and I work nights, so I was sleeping. He texted saying he had missed me and asked the best time to call. I told him, but he never called. For four days i would call and leave a message, but he never called. After about four days, he texted and said due to my inability to get in touch, he was closing the application. I was in the process of refinancing my auto loan with loan specialist *********************************. I asked him to send me two quotes so I could decide which would be best for me.
