Scam! They say soft credit check but they do hard pull credit checks! They lie to get you to apply.
32 days going back and forth and my loan is still not financed. I could go on and on, but just look at the THOUSANDS of bad reviews online, they are all accurate and what I went through as well.Not even sure how they are still in business to be honest.
Refinanced car, agent literally lost all my info and a new agent took over so my privacy apparently is lost somewhere. Had to go get my documents notarized twice and pay for them and missed work and time where I would be making money. After the car was so called paid off, my former company Ally calls to tell me I still owe a payment while I also had to pay for my new loan. Apparently. They are so unprofessional for one they call you off a phone number in your area code. Then the rep who you speak to cuss at you say rude remarks if you not approved for a loan. When you finally find the number to the business and ask to speak to a manager the person who answers the phone is supposedly the manager. Once you tell them about what happened he ask you is their something he can do for you like do your job. Made me feel like they do this all the time.
Terrible customer service the sales rep lied about running my credit which Ive been working on building and it made my score decrease by 30points
I don't understand HOW this company received high ratings from the BBB. I purchased a car not too long ago and my cancer treatments are getting expensive, so when a letter came in the mail from Autopay that had my current car payment, my new car payment with them, and monthly savings, I was interested needless to say. TERRIBLE service , they lie to you and build you up , and have you send ALL your information. My rep named ********* me 2 email stating" you have been pre-approved" and then telling me that the finance company will more than likely approve me " he even said he was 95% sure. I have all the emails saved with ****** empty promises. And then he text me " Unfortunately we can not approve this new loan,BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! they lie, build you up, and give you empty promises....I would give negative stars if I could !!!!!!
Its been a nightmare trying to get financing through them. Initially I was approved and contacted, submitted paperwork, got dealer to submit paperwork. My *********************** was initially nice, but a little slow, a lot of pushing and pulling on my behalf to get things moving The dealership ended up selling the car in question to someone else, despite putting a down payment. Terrible service. I have been waiting for weeks on updates on my new refinance loan and then recieved a letter from a lean holder saying I was behind on payments?? It is near impossible to get In touch with a supervisor and I was told I would receive a call back about my issue over 5 days ago and still have been contacted. Anytime you try to call, all they do is send an email about your complaint. DO NOT USE AUTOPAY!!
