Deceptive trade practice. Advertised for new car purchase loans. Takes 2-3 weeks for a decision to be made. This is a REFI ONLY website. And a POOR one at that. Horrible Service and took a hit on my credit report only to learn about the 2-3 week wait period. What they offered was DOUBLE the rate of the dealership. What a waste of time.
This company is a scam I was told my paper work was finalized and the representative called me after hours talking about the lender need **** dollars down to refinance my car please be aware don't waste your time.
I went with auto pay because they told me that they would get me a better rate and I would be able to pay off my loan faster. They didnt tell me anything about what they were actually doing and I signed their paperwork trusting in their word not knowing that they were charging me extra money and adding onto my loan. By the end of it I ended up owing $4000 on top of my payout amount and Im now going to be paying off my loan for 22 extra months. Got a letter in the mail saying because of my excellent credit I had a new rate of ****% to refinance our vehicle. Here is the kicker on the back of the letter it says their interest rate range is from 4-24% so right there they told me I had a lower interest rate then they would even honor. Sure enough I gave them my information just for them to say my range is now 4-8%. They are falsely advertising rates that they wont even honor. That's no company I would do business with.

I've sent all documents to Auto Pay ************************ & notarized that was asked of me.Waiting on my refinance, my car is about to go in repo. I've never been late on my existing payments until now. I'm praying that they will close & help me soon because I need this lower payment.
STAY FAR AWAY! These guys have caused a HUGE titling issue with my car and have been dragging this out for over a year now. I cant sell my vehicle because of the titling issue they caused and they are currently costing me hundreds and thousands of dollars in lost business. Stay away from this company, they will just scam you and make you work to fix their s**** up. STAY FAR AWAY!
AVOID! We were shopping for rates before purchasing our new vehicle and saw an article on Bankrate about Autopay offering super low rates to people with high credit scores (which we have) so we went to their website and filled out the pre-paperwork. The questions were all very simple and the site repeatedly said it would not affect your credit, but give you some sort of pre-qual with a soft check.
