A little overwhelming but overall satisfied The process started off smooth but became a little of a hassle regarding verification and some documents but the loan specialist Daniel was very kind, very patient, and answered any and all questions and reassured me of any concerns I had. Refinanced with better interest rate and lower monthly payments
