So easy, I was suspicious Jody was awesome. I had attempted to refinance back in January of this year but the rates weren’t in my favor. Jody advised me to reach out in a few months to see if they were more beneficial. Once I had, and she came back with more appealing numbers, we were off. It was a hassle free process. Jody was efficient, informative and patient with me. Very appreciative customer!
