I AM SHOCK. That anyone would do any type of business with this company. I have been hassling the people about getting all the proper documentation sent over to the *** that I have sent them so that I could get the title transfer over to my new credit union. And these people have been giving me the run around for the past 3 month now. I don't honestly see how this company has any good reviews. I have given all the information and documents needed to them since I have no time myself to go to the ***. And yet they give me excu... read more

pretty pathetic company. was told explicitly there would be NO credit inquiry until I accept their soft inquiry rates and only then the lender/underwriter would pull credit if I agree with the terms. They went ahead and did a hard inquiry regardless and gave a the rate which is 2x of the market rate. I have outstanding and flawless credit and this was laughable. hung up the phone, never doing business with them again.

A misleading, dishonest scam company. They sent me a letter to refinance my auto loan... saying im 'pre-approved' for ****%. So I fill out the application online, have three calls with their rep, and send them a bunch of info. They hard-check my credit, and come back with an offer that was no where close to the offer on the letter they sent me. Complete bait-and-switch. My credit is great, so there's no reason that the final offer should be so high. Wasted hours of my time, and dinged my credit for nothing. There's a special... read more

I am more than angry. I received a letter from Autopay this week telling me I was pre-qualified to refinance my auto loan with a lower interest rate of 3%. I am currently paying 4.5%. They apparently had all of this information and the letter shared my current payment and what my new payment would be. Sounds great, right? I called them to start the process and was told via text message that I was approved. *** from Autopay called me this morning to review the refinance only to be told that due to the economy, that 3% rate wa... read more

Wasted my time. Sent all they asked, then they asked for additional docs, then more. Then asked me to put them on the insurance, got all that, emailed. I was told everything is clear and good to go. Then they let me know I was declined

The loan officer was friendly and helpful, but dodged a question about prepaid maintenance to give me a service contract that was never asked for. Either he was too busy or he was deliberately avoiding the question because I said it was the one reason I wasn't choosing a competitor's cheaper offer. I am working with the company to resolve the miscommunication, but it should never have happened. The loan contract itemizes things that aren't included in the loan at a cost of $0, which I believe is a deceptive business practice.... read more

They are buying these reviews it's obvious. This place is the wild wild west of loans they are very unethical and non compliant. Don't give them any information you will regret it and they will never quit calling you even if you ask. They keep making more applications on my name this place is very fraudulent.

False advertising. In ****** search they promote a 2% interest rate, which is way below what is industry average for right now (5-6%). When doing a pre-approval it comes back with almost 6% rate, triple their advertisement. And no I do not have bad credit; no bankruptcy, I receive credit card offers every day, I got a car loan last year at a decent rate for the industry average that Ive never missed a payment and Im actually paid ahead of the payment schedule timing by 1-2 months, and have not taken any credit since last yea... read more
