Pulled my credit, got correspondence saying I was pre approved and then never heard anything back. The person I initially heard from was *****************************. But he never responded beyond the first correspondence. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I paid off my car loan over 3 years ago and never got the title from them. I am trying to sell the car and have been told that the title may be lost. Lost? How can you do business and not follow through with what you promise your customers? The customer service reps have been very kind at trying to help me find my title. I would give a better rating if this was solely based on the reps you have working there. How can a company that does car loans LOSE a title? Surely you keep ************** than that? I spent over a month going back and forth with *********** on getting my loan funded. I spent money, sent over personal information and was ultimately denied and application closed due to the structure of the business that I work for. I work from home and so does my management so there is no direct landline number to reach them. We don't work with the public but I sent check stubs, offered bank statements and provided a direct line to one of the multiple offices that are under the company I work for to speak with someone els... read more

This place is a crock and a joke.So now the running theme is, "oh, you bought the car during/just after covid. The prices of used cars were out of control but, now that Covid is over and the industry is starting to get it's "wheels" under it, your vastly over priced used car is no longer anywhere NEAR what you paid for it so we can only "help" you with what the car is valued at now." DO NOT USE THEM! The entire process has been a mess. You will be asked the same questions over and over. They'll delay the process pending questions like "do you have a roof rack" which was already answered on the application and in conversation. Took several days to get the application finally ready to sign. I finally received in on a Friday, ran to get the title documents notarized, mailed immediately, received confirmation that Monday that everything was received and sent to the lender. Some of the worst customer service and outright lies. This joker aka loan specialist ********************* told me not to pay my car loan and then he proceeded to drag out the process for weeks until the approval was expired. Do not use this company ever.

If you are in ******* DO NOT APPLY, they do not FINANCE in **. No information on the website indicates this, your credit will get a hard inquiry and you'll get a denial from them.

The old bait and switch. The interest rate they offered in the junk mail was 7% lower than the one they came back with and 4% higher than my current loan and I got that loan when my credit was a lot worse than now! I am carrying about 10% debt on my credit cards and I owe what my car is worth and pay about $1000 a month (more than double my payment) to pay it down faster. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THAT YOU VERIFY OR RUN MY CREDIT! NEVER EVEN SPOKE WITH YOU ALL BEFORE. REMOVE THAT FRAUDULENT AND UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRY OFF MY CREDIT.
