To Whom It May ********* am filing a complaint against AutoPay for deceptive advertising and offering terms that significantly differed from what was promised. Their mailer stated I was pre-qualified for a refinance option that would lower my monthly payments to $342 at a ****% interest rate without extending my current loan term (I still have the mailer for reference purposes). This is bait advertisement claiming to have a new rate of ****% for auto loan and lower payment by $100+ per month; in reality, my current rate of ****% is a far better rate than what is on their rate sheet. The loan specialists are commission based and make repeat contacts. On a recorded line the specialist said the the mailers are advertisements and false advertising and he understands my frustration since he is a consumer also. They are false advertising with low APR t to have people apply. Do not trust this site. If have 850 credit score and i did not qualify for their lowest APR that they mention. Infact, the APR they proposed was almost double.

Waiting for a manager to call me but same as the other 1 stars false advertisement. I have a 800 credit score which they ran and they don't actually have a loan they say they have for me which is fraud, **** couldn't answer why i cant get the loan he just said its a soft approval they sent me. They need to honor what they send out .

Send me a pre-qualification letter with monthly savings of 210$.I provided my SSN only because they claim me to be pre-qualified.Came back with a sorry we cannot match the pre-qualification letter.My credit score dropped because of these idiots. Should be banned from sending falsified pre-qualification letters.

This is the worst experience with a refinance offer! We got a letter stating we were preapproved for an auto refinance at ****%. We have excellent credit (current score is >800!!), so we decided lets refinance our truck and save a few percent! So we let them process the offer and it came back at 7.5%!!!! That is worse than our current loan! Now we have a useless credit pull for no good reason by a no good company!!! DO NOT USE this company!!!!

False advertisement from Autopay in Credit Karma. Their offer, "Based on the info Credit Karma has of my finance". was to cut the APR from the original, 1 point in 48 months duration. That was what motivated me to apply, As a customer, I know that the adds ************** more of what they can actually offer. But Autopay are not honest. Autopay sent me a preapproval letter with a ****% refinance rate. In the letter Autopay listed my current payment and the saving amount based on the quoted rate of ****%. I followed direction, applied, provided all required information, and received communication congratulating me for again being approved based on my supplied information.
