Promises, Promises! They lured me in with one of those "pre-approved" finance offers, which I assumed was from them. Nope! Just a ploy to get me on the hook, with which they went looking for real sources to fund. They came back to me with an offer twice as high as their "pre-approved" deal. But they could get a lower payment. All I needed do was refinance an additional two years!Told them don't let the door hit 'em on their way out!

Auto pay is a B S company .they made what was suppose to be a soft credit check and it wasn't then they wanted $ **** from to do a refinance of my car what type of c*** is this

In a nutshell AUTOPAY is a SCAM! Do Not Let Them Steal Your InfoI applied online and authorized them to do a hard inquire for an auto loan and then got an email from a loan specialist named *************************** asking me to submit more documents (payroll, drivers license and other sensitive docs) via email to complete my application. I asked her If I can get to know an estimate of the rates via email and she said she will be able to after sending her the documents requested. The rate they found for us was good. The communication and speed of the refinance process was just awful. I would text and call and leave voicemails all which went unanswered for days at a time. I was sent documents to sign, notarize and mail only to find they needed still more documents to sign and mail days later. The process was slow and painful, and the agent I worked with would best be characterized as unresponsive.

I worked with the loan officer *************************** and she totally wasted my time. Told me I was approved and I sent everything I possibly could to this woman to get this loan expedited. She is a liar and all I was just another sale. After all the back and fourth, in the end I wasn't approved. This place a is a scam.

They ask you to send sensitive personal information and financial documents via unsecured email or text.No online account.No secured file transfer server.They also promised an interest rate that sounded too low. When I called the "lender" to verify, they said they hadn't received anything from them yet, which tells me that nothing was offered.Your experience *** vary, but I would advised avoiding them like the plague.

So I submitted through Credit Karma and received a decent offer so I went ahead and pushed through the application. Received a text and email asking me to call my loan officer *** with Autopay. I did so but have never been able to get through. Left a voicemail with my work number. Then was asked that day if I would be available later in the day to speak.
