Total waste of time They send me an email telling me that I should refinance my car and that they could save me on the annual percentage rate along with the payments. Instead, they give me an offer of 6% higher than I’m already paying which would raise my payment $50 more for 15 months more. What a waste of time I’m not sure why credit karma recommends this company.
SCAM-- higher rates than advertised I spoke with R from AutoPay. She was very quick to get my loan approved, which was awesome, however she lacks customer service and comprehension skills. She asked what the main goal of refinancing was, and I told her I had 3: lowering my interest rate, lowering my payment, and lowering my overall interest paid-- I told her the exact terms advertised on CreditKarma and let her know these are the exact reasons I chose Autopay over other companies. SCAM! AVOID IT! Big SCAM!!! This company is not going to reduce your APR or loan payment at all, if anything they will increase it even more! And that comes after a hard inquiry on your credit report!
Avoid them, its a scam. It’s a scam!! They are lying about what they can save you. Do not apply as they will run your credit and then after do a bait-and-switch after. The fees they are applying zeros at any $ you could be saving, which already is no weren’t near what the promised. Extremely disappointed in credit karma for allowing this.
SCAM Stay away from autopay, scam company
Non disclosed hidden fees I was told no fees to refinance. Then discovered new loan was $564 higher than payoff of old loan due to hidden processing fees. Very deceptive practice.
Poor loan officers I actually already called myself & got it escalated to get the title back. I have to say I'm fairly dissapointed with the service which is why i canceled this loan. I did all my part quickly/ same day & the first time I sent the fed ex package overnight it was 5 days before it was checked on & I thought my loan was Being processed. It was handled so slowly & I effectively that the loan expired and I had to take a ding on my credit for the hard inquirie. I was very unhappy with how this Loan was handled.
Shady Practice unnecessary credit hits!! Shot my 750+ credit for a car loan refinance to multiple lenders without ever reaching out to me to discuss the status of my application. Shady practice stay away!!
