deceitful , possible hidden agenda they offered a very attractive rate, however it is with a much higher APR they just increase your term and make it look like your paying less. Also they asked for so much personal information from bank statements, to car insurance to registration, to address, credit history, etc. there is a good chance they are selling this information to others. Do not give out all that information as it is not necessary to give you a simple rate!
Horrible experience!!! It's a SCAM! The advertisement says 4.67%. I have an excellent credit history. They lowered my credit score by 17 without any pre offers!!! and offered 8% interest!! I don't trust Credit Karma anymore!!!

Complete waste of time if you have great credit. Loan application was moved to cancelled, no contact when i never received any follow up inquires. I followed up 3 times to get a quote. I was advertised a low rate great on my credit score (850) and was offered a rate 1.9% higher than my current rate, plus they wanted to add gap insurance (as a curtsey to me ). Total waste of time
Don’t use them Scam. Stay away. Advertise a lower rate than advise that rate is not available. They remain legit by offering to lower your monthly payment, but do so by extending the number of remaining months of payments. Costs you more in long run. Do you research and look at their reviews on several sites.
Useless waste of time I applied and kept getting a response that i needed to complete my application. Completed it 3 times, always got the text that my application was received, was told it was transferred to TRESL, their partner, and never heard back from ANYONE. I have a credit score near 800. Dinged my credit and never responded at all.
Autopay nightmare. Don't refinance with these people, it was a nightmare to get done, and when all said and done I discovered somewhere in the fine print they charged $695 to "process dmv and title" it doesn't cost $695 to do that. Basically it costed me almost 2 years of interest savings to refinance.
Huge waste of time. Don't waste your time. I have a score in the upper 700s. They post these low rates. Then they lie to you, when they call you. The rates are exactly the same what Im paying, and then they add on these big fees for processing your application. They pull a hard copy on your credit. The agent calls me with all this BS, and you cant understand him, because he's talking so fast. You cant get a word in, unless you abruptly interrupt him. My honest advice, stay away with them?
