Nice people, questionable practices Nice people, but I do not appreciate receiving a letter stating that I am "pre-qualified" for one rate and/or monthly payment, having a hard credit check done and then being offered a new rate/payment $2 less than what I'm paying now. The process felt deceitful and a bit like a dog and pony show. Do yourself a favor and go through a local credit union.

STAY AWAY bait and switch liars Has the title says this is a bait and switch company they will hound you for months with a certain percentage and then when you apply, they will do a hard pull on your credit three times just to come back at you with a worse financing offer than you are currently in stay away from these guys they are liars. Read the reviews

Terrible Service Poor communications over 3 weeks and still no loan . Nick Graham wants to do business with text messages over 3 weeks and only one phone call .

Horrible!! Very rude on top of that! What a joke! First I applied only because it was an option on Experian It said I could refinance my car. I didn't know I was going to have three hard credit hits! I was subprime when I bought my car. So my loan interest rate is super high at 21%. After a very rude customer service person telling me that she had more than 80 people that she dealt with a day and I'm not the first one on her list. It took way too long because too many people were They are not a lender they're an in-between. Which I find very shady and I didn't know till I was into it way too deep to back out.
Deceptive advertising, waste of hard credit check I decided to search for better vehicle financing rates due to purchasing earlier in the year. On 9/23/24, I reviewed credit karmas “best” APR rated at 5.45% through Autopay. I contacted Autopay and advised them of the rate and my credit score of 821. After Autopay ran my credit (multiple hard checks) I received an “outstanding” rate approval of 6.59% for 60 months.
