COMPLETELY MANIPULATIVE Do Not scan the QR code! Scanning the QR code automatically pulls hard inquiry of which AutoPay fraud department said they could do nothing about. I had 3 hard credit pulls from 3 different banks! The woman gave me the run around even mentioning how her 9 year old son scans them and she tells him not to. Completely manipulative and they wanted no part of fixing it. At no time did I give them permission or my SS#. Aweful practices to fulfill a quota.

High Pressure Sales & Pushed to Fraud This was the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. There are plenty of lowlights here, including being contacted from another representative from the company telling me we were working together now (when he was just poaching me as a client). That fiasco caused us to have to redo paperwork and file extensions. Once it went through, THREE (3) different people hit me up via email to tell me that there were documents missing. Horrible experience. Waste of time and money I was told we were approved for our refinance. Cost me over $100 to have paperwork notarized. Loan agent tells me our insurance needs to be changed for loan. We increased at more expense. Day our loan is to be finalized, we are told they can’t approve after all! If we had been told it might not be approved earlier, we could have searched more offers as the credit check was already a hit. Horrible The process was terrible. It took almost two months to complete in general. The paperwork was wrong twice and the person that helped me was not helpful at all. I also received an email saying that I was declined and didn’t hear from the person that was working with me for over two weeks. I was in fact not declined as I found out on my own without the man I was working with to help me. No communication at all and terrible customer service.

Predators This company says they will do a soft pull before running your credit. Do not believe them. They will run your credit report to numerous lenders without your knowledge. You will end up with numerous inquiries without being approved. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!! PREDATORY!
Misleading claims on interest rate I shopped around looking for the lowest interest rate for my car refinance, through my bank I could have easily gotten around 3.47 but autopay claimed their rates could go down as much as 2.30s. I applied and provided all my information my credit score was a great 750s but then they said the current rates were over 5% and that they couldn't go any lower. Complete waste of time.
