SMH CREDITKARMA SAID I WAS PREAPPROVED. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. I APPLIED, UPLOADED MY DOCUMENTS AND WAITED FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME. THEY NEVER DID. SO I REACHED OUT TO THEM. SOMEONE FINALLY CALLED ME AND INSTRUCTED ME TO UPLOAD MY DOCUMENTS. I TOLD THEM I ALREADY UPLOADED THEM. LOAN OFFICER SAID GIVE HIM A FEW DAYS TO REVIEW THE DOCUMENTS. 3 OR 4 DAYS LATER HE CALLED ME AND SAID I WOULD NEED A $3500 DOWNPAYMENT AND MY PAYMENTS WOULD BE DECREASED BY $60. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I PASSED.

Refinancing BEWARE my experience with Autopay this was the worst experience of my life, I really feel like this company is a scam. My loan specialist was very very unresponsive after he received all of my personal info. This is not a loan!!!. This company shops around to get a loan for you. Because I thought it was a loan according to this site, I applied with them and was charged $449 which was included in the loan. If I knew this was a 3rd party company, I would not have did this.

Terrible communication, misleading offer Got jerked around by some sales guy named Mike Nott. Daily texts and calls, until: our first time on the phone, he offers to cut me a check in the amount of whatever I paid for my bumper to bumper warranty if I agree to purchase a new agreement through Autopay.
