False Pre Approvals Was told by them I was pre approved for a refinance rate ask I applied for it. Then they started running my credit all over the place with several companies and when I asked why they said that's how they operate. I was never pre approved they just kept running my credit everywhere with false pre approval. Don't use them unless you want your credit run all over.

loan reps are impossible to contact I tried to apply for this loan and I did recieve approval but getting a hold of the agent is impossible. Set up time to call but the rep never followed through. I missed out on a great loan because the company is impossilbe to contact.

I applied for the loan and was approved. I spent a lot of time and resources getting all the documentation they requested. I have okay credit and make good money. They dropped the ball and stopped replying to me then suddenly sent me a denial letter but would not provide a reason. I got a hard inquiry for this with no results. I'm disappointed they told me I was approved then went dark then denied me.

They told me I was approved then changed their mind and denied me. Caused me lots of time and hassle for nothing. Very unprofessional.

Don't use this service Do not use this service. First red flag is the fact that you cannot get any answers from their website and to speak to a customer service agent you can expect at least an hour wait. I had to call them twice today regarding an auto loan I have with them and after the first 60+ minute wait I had been hung up on and the second call after waiting just as long resulted in no actual answers or ownership of the situation. Terrible Customer Service I was looking to refinance my loan and would have been okay with the rate if the customer service had not been so terrible. The person I was in contact with noted she was on the phone ALL day and I would not get through unless I answered her calls. I even stated when I would be available and it was completely disregarded. They asked if someone could be on the loan. Got a letter in the mail. So I followed the application on line and they called asked a couple of questions then asked if I knew someone to be on the loan. I told them no and to forget about my application. Said that I didn't make enough.
