They take too long and don't listen My car is a special edition limited to 500. It's made by Ford performance and sold through Ford dealerships. There is no book value for the car. The VIN is for the car itself Without the additional 16k in upgrades installed. I explained this upfront and sent them all of the documentation. They still went by book value and wanted 10k down on a refi to bring the LTV to their value.

Yes I applied for a refinance based on the information I was given off credit karma that my rate would be dropped to a 4-5%. Well once I spent the time sent all the documents in they call me the next day and let me know they can offer me a HIGHER rate then I currently have. Waste of time!!

The process was good but honestly is not worthed be a they don't approve you. Everything you want to hear but then your credit score went down 3-5 pts. Next time I won't do another refinance on my car online.

First and foremost these reviews are lies. Second they are not a finance company, they are a broker company. They collect your information and send it to other companies for approval. This is ridiculous honestly. The lady said we will run your credit min of 6-7 times but it could be more. No thank you. I withdrew my application. Then I asked how many representatives call because I received three phone calls from three different people and none of them knew the others called. Unorganized and seemed amateurish The ask for your history information. YOu give it to them. Wait....they ask again. You remind them they already have it. Oh..I see it. Wait....they ask for more. MOre delay. They ask for more. More delay. They lose the info again. Then they give us terms and I notify existing lender I need pay off. Weeks pass, have to remind them again to give me an update. Now they want $1300 down. They are very amateurish in how they operate. Had documents notorized, they messed them up had to do it again.... read more

Misleading The rates that are displayed on credit karma are not the rates they offered. The only reason I applied was because credit karma said it would lower my rates, but when I talked to them over the phone, they said it would increase my rate to refinance with them.
