Worst Customer Service This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. These people gather your information to apply and then refuse to ever provide you information. My loan specialist, Jackson Anderson, was completely worthless. She was always going to call at a certain time or "in 30 minutes", but these calls never came. Lost Funds Recovery I was able to recover my funds from a very sketchy credit repair company, Just last month a friend and I invested all our life savings in fixing our credit but got duped in the process. This June, we were able to use the services of ''JimFundsRecovery AT Consultant DOT Com'' and we have gotten all our money back. My nightmare is over, It's a whole new day here. Credit Repair I got behind on my bills and had an eviction. I needed to boost my credit, remove the eviction and a criminal record so I could get a new place to live. I read about Fixmycredit on Quora helping a disabled with her credit issues so I contacted them for help too. Credit Fix I was trying to apply to an apartment but had already been denied to four complexes because of my poor credit. I had an eviction, a bankruptcy and lots of inquiries. My realtor introduced me to FixMyCredit and assured me that they will get me up to 786 in 3 weeks. Bait and switch I responded to a preapproved refinance offer from AutoPay because the said they could get get me a loan at a rate ~9% lowere than my current and a payment close to $200 less per month. Credit Fix I was seriously in need of a credit repair service. I had 5 eviction hearings (one is a duplicate) on my rental history report. They were all zero balances.
