Don't expect reliable service. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
Does seem like a legitimate company My husband and I cannot get in touch with our customer service representative. We were apparently approved for a refinance and haven't heard anything back. Each time we call in all anyone can ever tell us is that they'll send our rep an email. No call backs and no correspondence. Dead silence after being approved. Makes it seem like a scam.
Terrible customer Started the application process and was promptly called me the next business day. I missed the call and returned the call. Lady verified me and asked questions about my vehicle. She then stated the normal credit pull script, but I asked how many times my credit would be pulled and she stated 3-5… I said was not interested in hurting credit that badly. Don't use Bad communication had to resend docs multiple times. Ended up not using them. Also tried to force a warranty when I already had one
Terrible, waste of time. Terrible company. Drags you in with a you're approved message, then got a loan to value is to high and we don't have a lender for you??? So how did I even get approved in the first place? What a joke. Thought I was getting help but just got let down. Screw this company I'll happily take my loan somewhere else!!
Inquiry on my credit, absolutely nothing else to Absolutely horrible company. I have good credit, excellent income and job time as well as equity in my vehicle. After the inquiry in my credit, it went weeks before I was contacted regarding any type of loan offer. I repeatedly tried to contact them. Completely unresponsive. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Sales team (Ashley) is completely unresponsive. I have texted their messaging system, emailed her, and left a voicemail. Being in sales myself I find this insane. I requested a new sales rep but they told me there are no guarantees. I’m done with these guys.
Auto refinance Wasted my time and money.
This is one running around fake as company I hate them so much they make so much hard inquiries on my credit it’s unbelievable honestly I felt like they just waste my time and I’ll never use there company in the future are any time soon y’all just the worst company
