I'd rather eat dirt than deal with them again. I tried to refinance my Escape. I'm very busy running two businesses. They have had my info and title for months and will not return my emails. They are very unprofessional texting and calling continously to get the information. But once it was done they said my credit was locked which it wasn't. Nit good business model. Be aware. They will run your credit through five different bank and will cost you double digit credit score. Very inefficient business practice. Don’t apply!
High pressure sales While I did end up saving money refinancing.. Being threatened by the sales agent was really pathetic. *Almost* made me leave 7grand on the table and walk
Disappointed I only looked at this based on Credit Karma's recommendation. Autopay told me that they were putting together a contract, but never provided any terms. Kept asking me to text them, even when I said that I didn't want to communicate via text. Disappointed that Credit Karma recommended this company.
Don't waste your time All bs* their offers through credit karma are fake. They aren't a real lender and will shop you around with nothing better to offer than your current loan.
Sketchy I found them on NerdWallet when looking for help with my lease buyout and figured they were a safe company. I completed the online application and also spoke with a rep on the phone. I shared all my information with them, they said they’d get back to me once they contacted lenders and then heard NOTHING. Be Aware - total scam Do not fall for their script. They will lower your interest rate but you will end up paying more because they will start you off with a new loan. I had a loan for 72 months and after a 12 months I tried to refinance with autopay. They gave me a lower interest rate but they want me to refinance for 72 months again ??? I did simple math and found that I’m paying $2000 extra than my current loan.
Paperwork Got the paperwork to get notarized stopped when I saw bill of sale stuff and dmv application for title paper? Why would they want me to sign that
