The device I got from Bay Alarm stopped being able to be recharged. The **************** Rep I contacted was very pleasant and made reasonable suggestions as to what to do when my appliance could not recharge its battery. When none of those worked, she went offline for a few minutes and rebooted my appliance and/or cradle. The appliance then started to recharge its battery. Hopefully, this problem will not happen again.
**************** was very helpful. I needed to order a new pendant and the order was processed quickly.
Bay Alarm Medical is awesome. The price is good and the service in both customer service and the call centers that connect with you when you push the help button is excellent.
