I am 72 years old and live alone. For the past two years bay alarm medical has offered me confidence that I will get help in a medical emergency. I just called customer service to get a new lanyard for my alert button, and the service was excellent. I spoke with a real person who understood my request and took care of me immediately. I had an excellent connection, and the person sounded like English was their first language.
Always great customer service and CSR's are very polite. Equipment has worked flawless for 2 years. Had low battery warning and contacted me to setup replacement. Highly recommend.
Written instructions were not the ones that applied to my equipment. When I telephoned for clarification the person I spoke with was very helpful and I was able to use the equipment at once.
