My experience with Bay Alarm has been totally positive. I have used their services for a number of years, and have had to push the button twice. Both times they sent EMS to my apartment in a timely manner. Just recently, my button stopped working. the sent me a whole new system right away. Although there was a loooooong wait for customer service, once I got through, the reps, both times, were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Bay Medical has been GREAT!Any time I have questions or need anything they are on it!! Hats off to you Bay Medical! I got this for my 84 year old Independent mother!! She feels safe knowing she has this alarm system ready on her wrist! She lives alone and this gives us (her 5 children) a sense of security too! Thank you for always being on top of your game!!
