My experience with Bay Alarm has been totally positive. I have used their services for a number of years, and have had to push the button twice. Both times they sent EMS to my apartment in a timely manner. Just recently, my button stopped working. the sent me a whole new system right away. Although there was a loooooong wait for customer service, once I got through, the reps, both times, were friendly, efficient and helpful.
