****** helped guide me through the disconnection process to remove the system . She was extremely patient in answering all my questions and directing me to the direct positions of the buttons needed to complete said process. My daughter was the person who originally set up the system; therefore I was unfamiliar with some of the terms of the system itself. Your company is,indeed, fortunate to have such a professional employee.
Quick response, not put on hold very long. Answered my questions and were very knowledgeable of my account. Very pleasant receptionist.
The equipment seems very well made and the initial setup, including the testing, went very well. As I was unclear about the procedure to use during an actual emergency, I called the 800 number to see whether there was a downloadable instruction sheet available so that we could have it on hand. No such instruction sheet seems to exist according to the person I talked to. That is disappointing as the person most likely to use the service is technically challenged but does well with written instructions.
Great customer service. Website doesn't let you edit and update all necessary profile information though.

Zach was awesome in his assistance. He went above and beyond to verify all account information even though that was not the purpose of the call. In the process, he discovered several small errors and one outdated phone number. He helped with the call purpose in an expert and professional manner.
