Have used Bay Alarm for two years at this point and have had no complaints. They are always quick to respond when my mother activates the alarm and have brought her help quickly. The people I have dealt with have all been ******************* who know what they are doing and don't waste time doing it. Have been very happy with this service and would recommend it for any older person who has to be left at home alone, even if its only a few hours. Well worth it knowing we're covered.
