Bay Alarm Medical Alert has met all our family's needs to help us achieve peace of mind regarding the care of our elderly father. The customer service reps are knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. It's a great relief to know that every detail is in order if our father has any emergency needs when he's home alone.
While the setup and initial testing was fine, the fax number for return of profile was never picked up and thus I had to scan and email it in. In addition the next day I received a fololow up that was not at all clear and was addressed to one of my contacts rather than me.
************************ rep have been so helpful. I tried my emergency button upon receipt of my device and the monitor was immediately talking to me, courteous, and checked my location to be sure the *** was working properly. So far, I am impressed.
I have had m service for three months now and am pleased. Any time I needed to speak to someone They have been knowledgeable and hepful. Since I have yet to need emergency assistance I have no comments obn that service. However there have been a couple times when I have et off the alarm by mistake and the response was quck. I would definitely recommend this company.
