I got Bay Alarm Medical for my elderly mother several years ago and have no complaints. Responsive company and reliable.
I left my phone number, received a callback within 15 minutes. Explained my issue which was resolved immediately.
System worked fine. When activated, call center was prompt and courteous. As service became no longer necessary ******* was very helpful in closing out the account. Would certainly use Bay Medical again if needed.
We had to try several times to get through to someone on a technical issue but when we did connect the person was extremely helpful and made sure to take care of our issue and another concern we had. We have used the base station for testing and have accidentally set it off and its always answered by someone who is courteous and will not hang up until they are certain everything is ok and there are no issues.
Bay Alarm has been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful in all my dealings with them. Today a customer service person named ******* could not have been better at helping me unwind a complicated situation. My elderly mother will remain a loyal customer for many years to come.
Did exactly what was advertised. Even called to check on my Mom when they needed a test if it had been a while since she had to use the unit.
I called about a low battery condition and the representative was very helpful. She took care of everything, and was genuinely concerned for mom and her safety.
