It was a very pleasant experience as a first time car owner I feel I made the right decision coming here. The staff was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Ayers for a basic oil change and tire rotation. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and considerate through the process and helped me avoid paying for anything I didn’t need. I originally thought I needed much more but he made sure to do a free inspection to be certain. That’s almost unheard of at a dealership! My only complaint is the amount of waiting time…I was there for 3 1/2 hours but they were certainly busy, and clearly for a good reason. I’m very happy with Nissan of Bay Ridge!
