Rude in the office, lazy staff, the home is not cleaned properly & residents left in their beds most of the time. Avoid, I honestly don’t know how they get any 5 star ratings. Christmas dinner left in our family members wardrobe for 7 days until we found it, the staff just ignored the smell. Toilet support seat covered in faeces again they ignored the smell, it was only when family investigated. Unfortunately don’t feel we can move our relative now as they are too unwell. I was dreaming to be part of Baycroft Flitwick team when the home was just a project. I felt privileged when offered a nurse position and joined in June 2019. From welcoming the first resident up to the present, the journey has been amazing. Staff are really passionate, ready at all times to go extra miles to keep our residents safe and happy. I work at Baycroft Flitiwick for 8 months as a Registered Nurse.I feel very privileged to be part of the amazing team at Baycroft Flitiwick. It is a lovely place to work and very supportive staff to work with. The team consistently meets their goals and very often exceeding expectations.I feel grateful and blessed to have the team as part of my life.

I joined baycroft nearly a year ago and from day one was welcomed with open arms into the home and team! It’s a beautiful working environment and all staff work so well together as a big team, making the home such a happy positive place to be.

Baycroft Flitwick is a lovely place to work. The entire team work so hard to provide the best level of care for the residents at the home. After being a member of the team for the last year I can honestly say that there isn’t a nicer place to work!
