Baycroft Flitwick is a well managed home. The home and grounds are welcoming and beautifully designed. Mum has been at Baycroft for over a year now and continues to tell me how happy she is to be there. All the staff are professional and kind. They are very willing to help when I ask questions about her care and there are regular care reviews. There are many and varied activities for the residents and relatives are always welcome to join in. The activities staff are amazing and fun to be around.

My mum m has been at Baycroft since end of November 2024, it took her a while to settle in, everyone made her welcome, very happy with the care she is being given, the staff are all very nice and happy to chat about any concerns, the entertainment team are fantastic! My mum has not always with the food, but they have a new chef so hopefully things will improve Thanks Baycroft

Such a lovely home the staff are so polite kind and helpful at all times nothing is ever too much ! The home is decorated so nicely always clean and a pleasure to visit such nice surroundings, it is so nice to receive weekly the activities that the home do and the care my mum receives is truly amazing even down to the little touches where she has her nails painted means so much we couldn’t have found a nicer home for mum and her family to visit her in .

Excellent setting. Well maintained. Modern furnishings, very clean and tidy. Friendly very helpful staff. Food good. Bernie and her team are excellent. The home could improve by responding to emails. I have sent several emails that were ignored. Does the home have an internal policy on timeframe for responding to emails? Turn over of staff quite worrying. Home has calked me several times asking to take my parent to A&E. This should be the CareHome’s responsibility.
