The worst buying experience ever. We just moved to the area, and sold our dining table before the move. We needed something fast. There is nothing fast about Bel Furniture. Two months after purchase, we still have not received all of our order. First it was damaged. Then they never reordered. Now it is broken and still not delivered! I would not recommend anyone going to this store unless you like low quality junk and horrible customer service. As they say...you get what you pay for.

Horrible company to deal with. Ordered an $1800 bedroom set that was delivered broken and scratched. The day the furniture was delivered I scheduled a time for the repair tech to come and fix/replace what was broken. The day that it was supposed to be fixed came and no tech showed up. I called up and was told that "something" happened (they could never tell me what happened) and that we needed to reschedule. Like the other comments, I wish I could give 0 stars. This is absolutely the worst place to buy furniture. I purchased two complete bedroom sets in September 2013. Delivery was scheduled for the first week of October. When it was delivered, we had to send back two dressers and a nightstand because they were extremely wobbly (I can't believe they would deliver products like this in the first place). I will NEVER step foot in this business again! I went in and purchased a BED on 9/19/2013 and they told me it would take 2 weeks for it to come in. It took a little longer than what was quoted at the time of purchase. My husband went to pick up the BED and it is damaged and they happened to have another bed exactly like the one we ordered and it was also damaged. This is the worse furniture store ever. They don't deserve a star for nothing. I bought a king bed 6pc from belfurniture thanksgiving weekend sale of 2012, and agreed on a delivery day for 12/15/12. Two days before delivery date, I got a call from belfurniture staying, they do not have the furniture in stock anymore if I can come by and reselect another furniture. I wish I could rate this with zero stars. After walking through the whole story at a baby step pace, we were finally acknowledged by a man sweeping the floor. A lady was telling him that she won't help him clean because that wasn't her job. In a customer service business, they should have been better at doing their jobs. I will not be going back to this store.

Black Friday ad was misleading. We are wanting to buy a bed set and see the ad that says we can get a 7" Samsung Galaxy tablet for a purchase over $599--See store for details. I read some of the bad reviews but I hope for the best so I can get the tablet. We walked in the store mad were pleased with how fancy the furniture was. Customer Service doesn't exist in this place. I've been trying to resolve an issue with this place since March over goods that were delivered damaged. I called the place the same day and I'm still here (in August) trying to fix this issue. I don't even want the furniture anymore...bad customer service. Their voicemail is always full and it's hard to get them to call you back. If you're looking for bad customer service, this is the place!

I don't even want to give this store a one star. We ordered and paid for bunk beds for our son. We ordered them on April 30th. A week and one day ago we had a delivery date set, well they didn't show. I waited at home until 4:30pm for them to show, I than called them and they said they wouldn't be there because I didn't confirm. I never was told I needed to confirm.
