they lie. they take forever. they try to fix the pieces that arrive damaged. they are terrible.
Our sales person was great Mr. Leonard. He was very patient. But other than that if I could give bell furniture a zero I would their customer service stinks their delivery service is by far the worst I've ever seen the manager let's not get started on him I will never purchase any more furniture from Bell! One calls in to check The status of their furniture gets placed on hold for 20+ minutes each time calling and being told four customers ahead of you. Worst place ever! Service is horrible. I was promised I would get my furniture In less than 3 weeks and It didn't happen. I had to call and find out the status of my delivery the representative had the nerve to tell me one of my sets were no longer available and I was going to get charged a 25% restocking fee for canceling the entire order. If I had not cAlled no one would have bothered in contacting me. Then, when I did receive them, the legs were missing on a set. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Yes, it's cheap but not worth it seeing as you will have to replace sooner than you think. Furniture quality is horrible. Definitely stay away from.....
So I went to bels and the service in store was great! They were very helpful but when it came time to pick up the sofa we got charged wrong. Also when we brought the couch back to our apartment (up three flights of stairs) the sectional was two different colors! A brown version and a black. Now WE have to take it back and switch out the wrong piece... Such an inconvenience.
It is currently January 5, 2015 and I am still waiting to receive the furniture I purchased on October 8, 2014. They gave us an "approximate" date of delivery of 10/20/14. On this date we received no call, no confirmation, nothing from Bel's until I decided to call at 1 pm. They informed us that they had changed the date to 10/29/14. Terrible furniture store! It has taken over a month to get a piece of furniture and when we called to get statuses on our furniture we were put on hold and transferred to another representative whom we had to repeat everything we had just told the first one. I will never purchase anything else from them! What a disappointment! I ordered on the beginning of this month and promised to have my furniture in 15 days. VERY DISSATISFIED! ! I hate I ever went to this store. I had to convince my husband because he didn't want to go. We spent a good amount of money for a king bedroom set and mattress. Delivery people came out...my mirror was broke (which they never told me), my night stand did not have holes in the bottom of it for the legs (instead of them telling me which they knew did not have holes they just left it) called the office to let them know instead of ordering me a new one, they sent someone out about 2 weeks later to fix it w... read more
VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Our ($2,000) table was delivered in August damaged we are now in November. We were supposed to have received the replaced table in two weeks on a Friday. We got a call on that Friday saying the truck was coming in late from out of town the table would be delivered the next day a Saturday. It never got delivered.
