These people are dishonest, are not customer service oriented, will say anything to make a sale and will pull a bait & switch, which sadly, was done to us. What is terrible, is that the bait & switch isn't even the worst part of our experience. My husband & I were shown a similar, but more expensive table than in the ad we saw (bait & switch), but we liked the table and were advised of a delivery time frame (which was before Thanksgiving 2015), by both the salesman and the girl at the counter. Horrible just do not do it! Your delivery will be weeks late. Your furniture will be damaged. When you call you will be transferred and put on hold until you give up or they hang up.
Once again this place has lived up to it's reviews! When buying a table we got all the answers to our questions and paid for warranties. 2 weeks was what we were told for delivery. 6 weeks later we get damaged goods and now our warranties are not being honored. Every time we call to speak with Diane we get put on hold for over 30 minutes before we just hang up. This place is selling damaged goods off the floor on display and not honoring their warranty. Horrible customer service. Store manager, Ray, even lied about the delivery crew leaving a note on the door and then tried to charge me another delivery charge. This store is not military friendly
If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would!! They are horrible, horrible customer service, they are rude and they lie to you. I was told it would take no more than 15 business days to get my furniture it's been 30 business days and I have yet to see any furniture on top of that they charge a delivery fee and apparently you have to be waiting there like an idiot because they can show up at any time from 11am to 11pm if you want to re schedule they will charge again. The prices at the store were worth two trips to furnish our house. The low rating is due to poor customer service and inaccurate deliveries. First, each time you call you are automatically put on hold. The computers there are almost always "down" and the employee must call you back. Anyone you talk to does not seem to know how to fix an error. Omg. This place is a joke. First the sales reps will literally stalk you, making the entire process completely weird and uncomfortable. Secondly, sure - their prices look good. But you will wait FOREVER to get your stuff - and the quality is seriously horrible. You'd actually be ok if you bought furniture from there that you don't need to sleep or sit on. Horrible horrible customer service. Awful. And a creepy shopping experience. Definitely won't go again.

Purchased a sofa 3 years ago and is already falling apart! Furniture only has one year warranty and after that... To bad, ""sorry,we are the equivalent of a Ross clothing store and don't event try finding the manufacturer, they are in China!...
