Update: The store manager James is trying to make this right by sending us our furniture in two days and trying to get us the floor model of what we ordered. But BEWARE, the furniture that you want is probably partially SOLD OUT when you buy it. This man is TRYING to cover for the rest of this clearly deceptive company. Kudos to James for trying! I left a review 2 weeks ago with Bel Furniture. And now I am still struggling with their product and service. It is a NIGHTMARE to deal with this store. Keep away from them
I would not recommend this place. Customer service is very unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about damaged furniture that was delivered. I made several calls to have delivery of a replacement, twice I had an appointment and no one showed. I decided to go back to the store and speak to a manager. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company... We purchased a bedroom set, the salesman was great. Set-up delivery date and thought everything would be good. We were wrong. The day before delivery I was told the mattress hadn't arrived, I asked a simple question, why. The rep put me on hold to call the warehouse, I was then told it had arrived and would be delivered. Buyer beware!! These people are a joke..took almost a month to receive furniture they said would only take 2 weeks. When I would call to complain, the manager Lydia would be conveniently out.
This place is a joke. $3,000 dollars, 2 weeks to get everything. it arrives damaged and or missing pieces. Everyone says the right thing to apparently make it right but those promises arent kept. They say they will call you back, and no one returns your call. Every time I call and ask for a manager, they're always too busy to get to the phone. Dont waste your time here, spend your hard earned money somewhere else, Bel Furniture WILL NOT keep their promises and will only keep disappointing you.

Horrible customer service and organization. We went to purchase a dining room set and a living room table set, and the prices that were announced went even the prices, the living room set was 80 dollars more than advertised and the dining set didn't even have a price, the sells person told us it was 2300 and when we checked online it was 1900, big difference, when we told them about these changes, they first said it was because they had a sale that ended Tuesday and they haven't taken down the signs, its FRIDAY!!
