Wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing here! Bad quality, terrible customer service and flat out liars! It will take at least a month to get your items, but expect that to be pushed back a week a few different times. Unfortunately you have to give a star to leave a review. First of all they got our furniture order wrong, twice. Went to pick up the bar stools we ordered and they were incorrect. They said they would deliver the correct ones out, well they delivered the wrong bar stools again. Upon delivery, the driver took down a power line with the truck. The "manager", Elizabeth, I spoke with was absolutely was completely useless. I had called several times and left her MANY messages to call me back and to get someone out to fix this. I ordered a dinning room 7 pieces set (a long table with six chairs) about two months ago. it took 3 weeks to get them delivered to me. The staff delivering the furniture was in such a hurry and they just dumped everything and left. When inspecting the furniture, I found one of the chairs has dirty spot on the seat, and the table leaf has a small dent on it. Horrible service I will never go buy furniture there again if i could rate this place no stars I would its been about 2 months I ordered my table and chairs and still have not received a complete set this is so rediculas dont buy anything from them....

Never again going to this place, the salesman told me the delivery drivers would take my old furniture if I gave them a tip that's bs, they don't do that so If they tell you they do don't fall for it and they won't make it right, taking the salesman side of course and still haven't called me back and I paid for my furniture cash, their Customer Service sucks I'm still waiting on their phone call

Went there twice the first time a sales lady stalked us through the entire store. She made us feel so uncomfortable that we just wanted to leave The second time we saw something that we really liked in the papers so we gave it a second chance The sales man told us they don't have it in the showroom but he could order it , we told them we would like to look at it before we purchased it if and when they would get it he said well we have other dining room sets so even thou we knew We wanted this specific one we still looked T... read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & TAKE YOU BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! My husband and I order a dining room set in October of 2015 and we were told it would be delivered to us in 3 weeks. The day comes in November, we received just parts of out dinning room table. They failed to tell us before they delivered our set that our bench was broken by the men in the warehouse. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Waited over a month for a dining room set. After finally reciving the delivery the delivery guys broke the bench. Its been over two months since that initial delivery and im still waiting...everytime i call the customer service employees give me a "pending" status and tell me they will call when its ready. Week after week after week after week...DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

These people are dishonest, are not customer service oriented, will say anything to make a sale and will pull a bait & switch, which sadly, was done to us. What is terrible, is that the bait & switch isn't even the worst part of our experience. My husband & I were shown a similar, but more expensive table than in the ad we saw (bait & switch), but we liked the table and were advised of a delivery time frame (which was before Thanksgiving 2015), by both the salesman and the girl at the counter.
